donated but no access to sponsor area?

i donated a bit ago but attempts to access the sponsor area maps result in a password being requested?

 

any idea how i can fix this?

The sponsorship title will be added to your account when an admin gets to it. The ad mins here are pretty active so you shouldn't have to wait long.

In your profile, under Phones/Devices, I think I would change that. It looks as if you've entered your actual phone number, when you should probably want to keep that private. You can list the devices you have, like the Galaxy S3 or HTC Evo 4G LTE....not your phone number.

Did you include your User Name in the Comments section of PayPal when donating. That may be causing the delay. But yes the Admin that handles assigning your Sponsor access is on Mountain Time. Once he wakes up and gets the family taken care of, he'll have you taken care of.
