I believe it. You could do that on 3G if it was at least 1.5 Mbps download

I had clear and when congestion happened during the night i got 2.0Mbps download and i could never do this plus it seems like my 2Mbps DSL is faster than this 2Mbps 4G Wimax

Ping can make a connection seem faster. I think 2Mbps is the slowest speeds I have seen anyone report on clearwire...

I have never gotten less than 6Mbps on Wimax

WiMax was consistently good for me as well. If I remember correctly WiMax has a wireless capacity exceeding that of LTE with equal quantities of spectrum.

 

We are actually comparing apples and oranges here though. Clear WiMax home internet is/was treated very differently by Clear than for Sprint mobile users.
