Definitions:
- Site Complete: This is the percentage of sites in the market that have have received Network Vision upgrades.
- Original Schedule Completion: This is the month that the original baseline schedule had planned for all sites to be Network Vision converted within the market.
- LTE Launched: This is the month Sprint officially launched LTE service in the market. A market launch is usually just a press release, as Sprint has completed sites active before launch.
- Anticipated LTE Launch: This is an estimate by S4GRU based on the current production rate of a market and how LTE coverage is filling out.
- Current Production Rate Completion: This is when the market is expected to be 100% complete with all Network Vision/LTE upgrades, based on their current rate of production in that market. Note this has nothing to do with a market having 100% coverage. 100% coverage typically occurs around 50%-60% completion. Note that even Verizon does not have any markets with 100% site conversion.
FIRST ROUND MARKETS (14):
First round markets have no preceding markets before them. NV OEM's will mobilize in these markets and begin deployment. These markets will deploy slowly as there is a significant learning curve to Network Vision. Most first round markets started between December 2011 and March 2012.
