  1. Well I fixed it with a format and reinstall, everything is running great now and dare I say faster than before.
  2. It's a lot smoother/faster then 4.1, although I am having some weird issues that I think a format/reinstall might fix. I randomly have two files downloading pretty much all the time and they are images and when I click on them it says file not found and I can't figure out what is causing it. 3. Well after working 17 hours I came home and opened kies and lo-and-behold I was prompted that there was a firmware upgrade, went smoothly and I am now on 4.3. Don't know why manually installing it wouldn't work.
  4. Anyone else get a status 7 error message when trying to install from the zip file? Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
  5. Yeah I've tried that but I get a status 7 error and it doesn't install I don't know what that means or how to fix it. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
  6. No I agree I'm am definitely going to use it often. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
  7. Just noticed this feature as well it's pretty cool just wish it showed more information.
  8. A few are on apartment complexes on the roof and I know the nearest one near my house is on top of a hospital. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
  9. I have LTE pretty much everywhere I go however there are some dead areas because those towers were not uograded. Most haven't even received upgraded 3G. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
  10. Yeah I know that I am talking about my specific area lol. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
  11. Yeah I hear you, there are still a lot of towers here that have not been upgraded.
  12. http://gadgetinsiders.com/samsung-galaxy-s3-galaxy-note-2-to-get-android-4.3-update-soon-12531/ Don't know the credibility on this but here's hoping.
  13. So the update never came on the 6th, but supposedly it's dropping sometime this afternoon. It's gonna be a while.
  14. 3G at home seems to be back to legacy speeds and coverage for me. Used to get abywhere from 1Mbps-2.5Mbps 50-60ms pingd now I'm lucky to get .40Mbps and 300-500ms pings. But we still have LTE which is decent if you're in the right area. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
  15. Seems quite normal and yes get this app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.blueline.signalcheck&hl=en
  16. Haven't experienced any of this when I go to make a call it rings almost instantly and I am on a gs3. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
  17. By my house LTE is still spotty, a mile up the road I get it everywhere. I do believe there are a lot of towers near me but it seems only a few have been upgraded. Though honestly I would prefer 1x800 over LTE at my house that's what WiFi is for. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk
  18. Wasn't able to take a engineering screenshot as I quickly went back onto Sprints network. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I just saw my phone saying Extended LTE briefly when I was in a store where I always lose LTE, perhaps roaming is starting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
