  1. What band would 800 typically show? I have iPhone and don't have the cool signal check pro like you fellers..
  2. I once played the 'AJ' drinking game where you had to take a shot for every YouTube video he posted. It was a rough night.
  3. Speaking of Galloway, the Norton Road site has fiber ran into it now. Still nothing on the tower but more progress finally.
  4. Probably the Morse Rd tower. Some people have reported connecting to it up there on occasion.
  5. I believe Robert said before its technically possible to hook up legacy equipment to fiber backhaul but not sure if they often do it. Requires some sort of conversion kit?
  6. Ahhh.. well good for those Sunbury folks up there. Maybe that guy this morning picked up this signal while they were testing it? Anyway good to see another one.
  7. Coz kept this little list of known LTE1900 ids: Stringtown/Jackson Pike site 212 SW 213 NW 217 E Morse Road (Northland Area) 203 SW 388 E 390 NW The LTE screenshot above showed 255 .. Sounds like a new site to me!
  8. Coz, do you have that serving cell on file for the other towers?
  9. I was wondering where the hell you were at on this one slacker.
  10. I hope my guy from AT&T was right and there's plenty more fiber being installed. We shoulda taken up a pool to bribe him for more locations.
  11. Absolutely. Shouldn't matter what comes out of the antenna as long as its the right frequency.
  12. ooops.. didnt realize what forum i was in. my bad!
  13. An AT&T guy in my office today working on some T1 circuits. I was BS'ing with him and asked him about fiber. He said he works on it and there's a whole crew in town that does nothing but fiber for Sprint recently. He said they just installed one yesterday at a tower and I tracked it down to be the site at 270 & Georgesville Rd on SW side. He said they are installing them all over the place in town for them like crazy recently - said it takes nearly a whole day just to install/provision the equipment once the fiber is ran to the site.. Good sign though!
  14. I am into amateur radio and this setup is interesting. I wonder what sort of wideband antenna would exist to even be usable over the 800/1900/2500 bands. I would venture to say such an antenna with these wide ranges wouldn't be very effective at all and maintain SWR. I see it has two antenna ports - perhaps one is for the 800 band and the other one is for the 1900/2500 band?
  15. Interesting. What sort of adapter does the external antenna port have?
  16. Did you guys catch the article this weekend about how Goldman Sachs is using a loophole to control the aluminum market? Those guys sure are shrewd. I recall a Rolling Stone article that described them as 'The world's most powerful investment bank is a great vampire squid wrapped around the face of humanity, relentlessly jamming its blood funnel into anything that smells like money.' Here's the link about how they are making money on aluminum... http://www.mlive.com/business/detroit/index.ssf/2013/07/new_york_times_how_goldman_sac.html
  17. I'm pretty confident that is ATT panels. Anyone else concur?
  18. I think my favorite comment from the article was 'I'm sure you'd see a lot of porn'. Lol.
  19. If Mittens chose to save baby penguin based on his beliefs, and Mitten's beliefs are not in his direct control, does Mittens really have free will?
