    I would take your phone into a Sprint store.. something is wrong. There was a time or two where I had to cycle airplane mode because i went to 3G and seemed to stay there, but that was only a couple of times. Definitely not having your problems. Or see if they would give you a new SIM to try out in case that is the issue like some on XDA had.

    I have a question.. Shouldn't B41 always be priority? Around a tower in Milwaukee area, B41 and other bands are strong, yet my Note 4 switches between 25/41 and usually is on 25 on that tower. Is that something to do with the Note 4 or the network? Spark isn't complete here so likely isn't optimized. This happens on other towers too. Maybe I'll have to drive to the nearest completed market to see what my phone does.

    There were a few on Xda forums saying they had a bad SIM. Do you have a different SIM with your Nexus 5? May want to do a swap and see what happens.

    Just make sure the plastic surrounding the slot is tight. It is on my Accord, probably because it is stock. I love my CD slot mount.     I wish Sprint had a cheap Windows Mobile like AT&T and T-Mobile do that can be used on any account.. I'd love to try it out but wouldn't want to pay full price for it.

    If anyone has an issue waiting for their Note 4 trade in promo rebate from Samsung/Prizelogic, from a post on androidcentral.com, they suggested contacting Prizelogic on Facebook. Next morning I get a response saying my rebate was approved Better than waiting a week for my FAQ response to my email that didn't answer my question about my specific rebate. Also, my WiFi calling is working now.

    I'm having issues on Wifi calling at work where it has always worked before, too, so maybe it is an intermittent Sprint thing. https://community.sprint.com/baw/thread/179757?start=15&tstart=0 Surprised Sprint support hasn't suggested updating profile yet.... Instead of throwing out generic answers, I wish they would appear to notice that maybe there is a widespread problem and notify techs about it!? I also wish Sprint would work with Samsung on getting a firmware update rolled out. Some carrier Note 4s have received 2 already. A number of us and other forum users have had some strange network things going on. Maybe it is a sign they are working on something. (but again Sprint support giving generic answers doesn't help pass along feedback)

    The utility does say for Samsung phones, so likely there's something unique to Samsung. Others have stated customer service will give it to you without reason sometimes.
