    At least for the Cleveland area, it seems like there's more "holes" showing up on the coverage map, which I think is more accurate. And hopefully this is a step to them fixing the holes.

    Does anyone know how to contact (email, Facebook, etc) someone at Sprint to tell them about issues I'm having (the call quality in my area is not good)? I have put many complaints in the My Sprint app (for over a year, 2 different phones), but the call quality still is not great. For most calls, it keeps breaking up. In certain area, the call quality is great. It's just here at home and sometimes where I work.

    I think Calling Plus still needs some work, especially if you have a weak B41 signal.

    I had to call Sprint CS recently for a billing issue (which I eventually got resolved, at asking to speak to a manager). When speaking with both representatives, I had the impression that they were both out of country.

    That's different. For me at least, I'm talking about wired competition. I know there will eventually be wireless home competition.

    I just wanted to say that so far, I'm loving the GS8. I've had it for a few weeks now.

    I'm going for the GS8 today or tomorrow. Just FYI, Best Buy has a deal with either $350 with installment payments OR a $350 gift card with a lease. I'm going to do the lease. Ends Saturday.
