    my sister's N5 will randomly just SHUT OFF every 1-2 days at random times of the day. just started the last couple weeks. has anyone else ran into this and possibly know why? i am about to flash the factory image to it. on a side note, after google releases the 4.4.3 update, how long before the factory image is available for download or do they post it immediately?

    I know Google is planning on shutting down 'voice' in the next couple months which is very unfortunate. Does anyone know if Sprint is planning on releasing a 'voicemail' app in the play store for phones like the N5??

    give it a week, probably just updates in your area. you could try to do a profile update and see if that makes an difference.

    i would get on sprint chat to make sure they have the correct number on the sim card, would then try a diff sim, would do a hard reset of the phone. if none of this helps, try a diff N5.

    maybe try to deactivate it then wait 30 minutes then reactivate??

    i did until i disabled full google voice integration. as soon as i dialed it back to handle voice mail *only* the delays went away!

    is the "spark update" required to connect to B26/41? or does it just add a cute spinning logo to the top of your phone???
