I just got a brief 1x 800 signal near Alameda and Ventura. It came on and off quickly, the signal was -98 dbm so who knows where or how far away it was. The exciting news, Ericsson hardware somewhere around here was sending out smr! Sent from my Nexus 5

Welcome to the forums. I would suggest you become a sponsor and gain access to a wealth of information. As for lte where you are, I am optimistic that you will have it by the end 2014. Especially if the backhaul provider for the sites is not centurylink. Sent from my Nexus 5

Maybe good news...? I saw a white truck, no markings, at a Sprint site today that I'm pretty sure has had upgraded backhaul for a couple weeks now. Who would do the lte integration? Does Ericsson do that as a part of their maintenance contact for Sprint or does the nv contractor for the area, which is also Ericsson for abq, do it? Sent from my Nexus 5

I am really optimistic we will see our first live lte in the next few weeks or so. I am also optimistic in thinking that CL has probably already upgraded a lot of sites with backhaul. It still just baffles me why they weren't brought online with backhaul as they were completed.

I can confirm that the albuquerque internet exchange server has been experiencing problems. I couldn't pull over a Mb on my 15 Mb home line, switched servers and no problem.

The tower at Yale and Cesar Chavez is fiber upgraded and whatever tower I was connected to near Kelly's on central. I didn't really check to see which one I was on. Also, the tower on eubank in between Comanche and Montgomery was running over 2.3 mbps and 91 ms ping today. Sent from my Nexus 5

It is very interesting to me that all these sites seem to be "flipped" on with fiber backhaul. Does anyone know if LTE integration requires a site visit?

I have come across a couple sites in southeast abq today putting out ping times less than 110 ms and downloads over 2mbps. Could they have activated the new panels with fiber remotely? Sent from my Nexus 5
