Thanks for the info Robert. I am in a unique spot on here I work. I work within a quarter mile of a completed NV site with active B25 LTE but inside the metal building and in my RF cage where I repair pagers all day I get a very marginal signal. It really drains the battery pretty fast. 4 hours and my N5 is dead. I have a QI charger now so its not a big deal anymore I guess. Just checked SCP shows -117 on 1900 MHz LTE is where its camping now with nothing pulling data. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I loved my Note 2 but went to a Nexus 5 instead of the Note 3 to get triband. I am considering a Note 4 but I am not sure about going back to Samsung with Knox. How has the whole root and Knox thing panned out on the 3? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I really don't think I need carrier aggregation. Fast enough to watch YouTube is all I need on the high end. I am a bit concerned that CA will hurt battery life more than its worth. Better minimum transfer speed is more important to me. 3-4 Mbps where I can't get 1 now would be great. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

Would have been nice if you could have quickly taken the battery out like on a Samsung. That and the rice would have probably saved it. 11 pm and my cable is back up finally. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I was mad at how I was treated by a company once so I over paid a couple bucks to cause something like what's happening to you now. Finally a few months later I get a letter saying I will get a registered letter with a refund of a dollar and a some change. I get a registered letter with no check in it. A day or two later I get another saying they forgot to include the check and it will follow in a third registered letter. A few days later it does show up. I never cashed it. Good times. I have been using SCP to toggle airplane mode. I'm also steaming radio so that's the main reason it doesn't hop back. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I'm wondering if I'm expecting something unreasonable out if the latest radio. Once it drops to 3G because the LTE signal is just too weak how long should it take to get back on LTE when I move 10 feet to a spot I know has a decent signal level? Does this fit into the scan for LTE every 15 minutes or whatever or should it just come back in a few seconds? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

At work on 1.15 stay on weak usable B26 LTE with about 1-3 Mbps speed. On 2.16. Drop to 1900 ehprd almost unusable until I toggle airplane mode then its OK LTE for maybe a half hour. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I had the phone camp on 3g too until I went back to the 0.15 radio. I also got another prl update today. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I tried the 4.4.4 radio on 4.4.3 at work and quickly went back to .15. At my bench I get 1x800 and 3G on the newest radio with data too slow to stream an am radio station (about 5KBP/s data showing while streaming) but with .15 I get B25 weak but streams fine and a quick YouTube test even worked. Have not seen B26 LTE in a couple days here on any radio. It had eCSFB issues so that may be as intended. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

I was in the St Charles Mattingly's tonight and B26 was strong and fast. Much better than the marginal B25 I usually get. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

Preferred network type LTE ( recommended or Global, what works better for you with the .15 radio. St Louis area is where I'm most interested. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

How about a buzzer for when you go into no telephone service because of eCSFB issues. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
