  1. I have yet to connect to any B26 or B41 even sitting near a known B41 site. I wonder if the phone is broke. 0.17 radio all bands enabled. Sent from Nexus 5
  2. I just grabbed the field test app. Its showing different band priorities than I set without it. What works best around St Charles for each band priority? Is a higher number more like to connect to or are lower numbers the prefered band.? Right now Band 41=3 Band 25=2 Band 26=1 Sent from Nexus 5
  3. I have was wondering how they worked on those. That is one tall straight up lift. Sent from Nexus 5
  4. Luckily at work the TDE signal dies in the metal building but good old band 25 works until I go outside. I guess I turn band 41 back off when I get home tonight. Sent from Nexus 5
  5. Having issues here with Spark bands enabled. Anywhere I suspect TDE I drop to 3G until I leave the area and reboot. Toggling airplane mode doesn't bring LTE back. Sent from Nexus 5
  6. Ok... I'm on the 0.17 radio and have B26 and B41 enabled. Forgive my newbie questions but... What do I look for in Signal Check Pro to know if I connect to B26? B41 have the Spark icon on the N5 in 4.4.2? If not what do I look for in Signal Check Pro to know if I'm on B41?
  7. Thanks a little google and I and I think I found the one you were talking about. Got my MSL via online Sprint Chat, just told her I needed it if something goes wrong I can fix stuff. Here is the link if anyone is Google phobic. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=47203225&postcount=1
  8. Anyone got a link to a good guide to getting B26 and B41 working? I'm tired of waiting, the last time I looked into it it was all guesses on what actually worked. Will I have to go back and forth in settings here in St Charles County for eCSFB issues if I'm not just out mapping?
  9. Would have been nice to be Spark upgraded for the weekend with all the stuff showing up around St Louis Sent from Nexus 5
  10. I hope it turns out to be true. I got band 41 stuff to get gci/pci info on. As I understand it I just need to flash the zip from Google when it shows up. I went back to the stock kernal withe the franko kernal updater and can use use the exposed installer to uninstall exposed and keep my settings for after flashing the ROM. Sent from Nexus 5
  11. Could be a bad cable or some task draining it almost as fast as its charging. If its plugged into a USB port on a PC try a different port or the wall adapter. Also if the your signal got messed up do to them working on a tower or whatever could also be part of it if the phone is constantly searching. When something odd happens a full power off cycle can sometimes help too. install any new apps? Sent from Nexus 5
  12. Held up for the new NSA backdoor most likely..... Joking (hears whispering) oh ya there is no backdoor Sent from Nexus 5
  13. Had no idea I could take my Google N5 in if it died. Working great but good to know. TYVM Sent from Nexus 5
  14. I set it to manual timezone for now. When I get back to the cell at home it would likely fix itself but I don't want to oversleep. Its my alarm clock. Sent from Nexus 5
  15. Network set my phone back an hour... Sent from Nexus 5
  16. Looking forward to see who gets their phone updated first. I may go back to full stock before I try anything on stock with a custom kernel, rooted, busy box and exposed. Sent from Nexus 5
  17. No Spark by the time the Note 4 ships and this goes up for sell. Sent from Nexus 5
  18. It went straight to voice mail. I don't use hangouts. Sent from my SPH-L900
  19. I have a couple questions. I just had a call go straight to voice mail. No missed call just straight to voice mail. Could I have messed up a setting somewhere? Or is this the random crude we are putting up with right now? The other question is I was looking at the settings quick toggles pull down and the "LTE" tile had the text orange then it went to grey like normal and back to orange a few times. What does that mean. I am getting a -80 signal it know its not losing the connection.
  20. That happens when all the NSA annalists got to lunch together and they have to catch up afterward.
  21. I only have connected to LTE on 1900 MHz and know about the 2600 issue the Spark update will fix but is 800 working well or will that have to wait for the update too. Sent from Nexus 5
  22. I would like it sooner rather than later. I know its not the same but coming from a Note 2 that never got a 800 MHz update gets me wondering if should have waited for the patch before I ordered. Sent from Nexus 5
  23. I just got a Nexus 5 but it sure look s good. I just wonder how much of a pain in the arse Knox 2 is going to be. Sent from Nexus 5
  24. Running out of time on lunch haven't seen the price on easy pay posted yet or missed it. Its $27.09 for 24 months. Sent from Nexus 5
