How can you be slacking when you really don't have to do it at all? In other words thanks for doing it.

Cool! I was hoping it wasn't going to be a big issue and it sounds like its not.

I'm still on a Note 2 running Digiblur's rom 4.1.2 . I pulled out a credit card twice when I had the Google N5 page up but put it away... Not a good sign, I usually cave in sooner or later once the card comes out once.

So is KitKat a major or minor upgrade?

Interesting. I think I read that the down/up time ratio was 3/2 or something like that. I assumed that would mean that up load speed could hit 2/3 of down load. I also wondered why FDD was so much faster on the down load than the up load when both have a 5 Mhz carrier. Must be some interesting things going on with different modulation schemes of the low power phones transmissions and the high power cell sites to have about the same range. Faster needs more power to get the S/N up to a usable level so it makes sense. .

I'm with you, waiting on a more stable build. I think someone said, might even have been Digi himself, SynergyROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2090160 might be a good alternative to the Digiblur ROM. Its not up to where I want to try it yet however. You have to patch WiFi with odin and some things force close when you run them the first time.

I remember back on BIX I could read faster than the text would come up. There wasn't any graphics.

LTE is 4G and the S3 is LTE not wimax. By default it shows 4G like my Note 2 did before Signalcheck pro. You can find the spec's lots of places but one of them is here http://www.phonearena.com/phones/Samsung-Galaxy-S-III-Sprint_id7099

Forgot to mention it doesn't ask for more. Not sure if that's a Digiblur added feature or you can get there on any samsung. Sent from my SPH-L900

On m Digiblur note 2 rom I can get to it from settings/wireless + networks/mobile networks/network mode. The phone will restart with a pop up saying it's making the change continue? Sent from my SPH-L900

Some spots are slow, usual when one tower is LTE and nearby ones are not. Everyone locks on the one LTE. I do think they need a 2nd LTE signal some places but hopefully the 800 and 2600 will offload it soon. Sent from my SPH-L900

Better than what happened to my buddy a few years back, she threw the laptop at him. Broke his glasses. That was old wife, he on new wife last couple of years. Water may have helped like you say. I made the mistake one time of using alcohol to try and clean one. Took the ink conductive traces off. Anyway glad its only $12. I would have bet a lot more.

Too bad you don't have a USB one to plug in to hold you over. Or maybe you got a stuck key, that wouldn't help then.

I've been watching the XDA 4.3 rom posts and I am glad I stuck with my Digiblur Rom. Looks like they are still figuring out some stuff, and you have to patch Wi-Fi etc. I also don't want a rom with the hotspot hack bundled in. Hope you had good Thanksgiving Digiblur , thanks again for the Rom. Sent from my SPH-L900

Only some phones and ROMs support it in a way SignalCheck can get the info to display. I don't think any Samsung phones do. I think there was talk of some version of CM ROM (11?) having a developer looking into it but I have never found any more info.
