I'm very disappointed there was no 2.5 Ghz news; that can only mean not much progress was made last 3 months. -

They made a commitment to buy certain amount of iPhones. They didn't overpay per unit. Of course it'd be good to reduce competition for sprint TMO. And bad for consumers. Bye unlimited. Anyway by the time a new fcc is seated to consider the merger in mid 2017, TMO and sprint will likely have made "too much" progress to argue they NEEED a merger. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

CAPEX is $5bil (excluding phone leases) for fiscal 2015. Seems low given how many sites don't have 2.5 TMO is ~$4.7bil. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Analysts predict Sprint lost 2,800 monthly subscribers in its fiscal fourth quarter which ended in March, according to a Bloomberg survey of five estimates. That would leave Sprint little changed at 29.9 million postpaid users compared with 28.3 million at T-Mobile. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-05-04/t-mobile-set-to-leapfrog-sprint-as-third-largest-u-s-carrier?cmpid=yhoo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Interestingly, nTelos executives said T-Mobile (NYSE:TMUS) is building out LTE in nTelos' footprint, potentially setting up a battle between the two carriers. But nTelos executives said T-Mobile's efforts haven't been significant, nor have they seen T-Mobile increasing its sales and marketing efforts in the area. http://www.fiercewireless.com/story/ntelos-adds-8000-subs-q1-migrates-50000-subs-sprints-network/2015-05-01 -

Now that is a nice band plan. Would be nice to see a b41, b7 one adopted here too. Sprint could have 120mhz unpaired, others would have 70mhz paired Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Sprint to Offer Free Wifi at Airports Through Boingo

Read the post It doesn't make sense for sprint to be selling spectrum while at the same time spending money on using unlicensed spectrum. -

lou99/maximus1987 replied to marioc21's topic in General Topics
1) my favorite carrier is whichever one has consumer friendly policies. I suppose #UncarrierForcedTo is yours. 2) if sprint knows it's gonna need the spectrum then why not borrow from softy and maintain its remaining advantage? Selling for the benefit of better interest rate on debt for a few years seems awfully shortsighted for a man with a 500 year plan for softy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
