I wouldn't switch to TMO if I were you. If you're in Chicago you'll be the first to see widespread 2nd b41 carrier. Plus att still owns 700a and there's a ch51 smack in the middle. Meanwhile lte 800 is deployed far and wide. I don't see why you'd switch. And I'm on TMO! [emoji12] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was never on sprint. TMO, vzw, att, TMO. When my iPhone 4S finally breaks, I will absolutely buy the universal iPhone for me and my wife and choose whichever carrier is best in Ann Arbor-Detroit (and has unl data). I don't care whether it's sprint or TMO. Bet lost lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If all the agriculture in Cali were dried up, would it all be irreplaceable by farms in wetter USA areas? I get that Mediterranean-y crops like almonds would have a price spike but other stuff… wouldn't the price spike incentivize increased production elsewhere? Aren't farmers still bring paid to NOT grow crops? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Maybe because Sprint is implementing #UNcarrierDelayed: Paying off ETFs+everything, kinda-global roaming, upgrading more often. Maybe because Sprint is only implementing unlocking cause of the FCC-brokered mandate and now magically even iphone 4S is unlockable for domestic use. Maybe because customer service lied or were clueless about the true ETA of LTE upgrades and pissed off some tech writer. Maybe because tech writers are shallow and respond to Legere's profane personality and can be easily manipulated. Sprint's bad network was an easy topic for a lackluster news day but the first three items were completely in Sprint's control. Nice to see they're doing the home delivery thing; quirky but original.

Hmm. I would think you'd see at least ONE multi megabit speed test by now since many other people in this thread have reported them all over. If you can $5, you can become a sponsor and have access to precise sprint tower locations to have a better chance of finding 2.5 According to premier sponsor schedule maps for Detroit -AA, sprint should be very close to their 6-month upgrade timeline for 2.5 ghz Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

FCC Revokes Net Neutrality [WAS: FCC Approves Net Neutrality]

They're not trying to force att to give unlimited. The problem is att passed off the 3gb or 5gb as unlimited. If att had simply said "you're off contract, no more unlimited for you. You get 5gb on lte then throttled" there wouldn't be a problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

http://www.natlawreview.com/article/att-court-narrowly-interprets-ftc-common-carrier-exception-and-permits-throttling-ca Case will proceed. Att could just declare unlimited to be over - even for tho grandfathered subs. Once your 2 yr contract is up, no more restrictions on att. The fact it's spending sooo much money and energy fighting this is puzzling. Only reason I can think of is that it's scared of the backlash if it has to stop lying to its millions of grandfathered customers and say "you no longer have unlimited but you're gonna keep on having the 3 or 5gb throttled.
