I thought vzw was $80 bucks a month... what is $100? .... also do we still have to pay $11 for tep? at the end of everyones bill I bet the price is a lot closer than what we think

Lmao! I thought I was the only only who had high hopes and feels like I am getting lied too! everything seems to point to better signals, faster data..... but I am not getting it at all... I have called about problems since 6/12 in one area and since then they have been updating the tower... now I check the coverage map and that area has lte!!!! lol I Never ever connect to lte over there. I called sprint and they say to hold on, wait - my evo lte is 800 capable! I tried to rder a hotspot but then I have to pay 34.99 more a month to get a better data signal.... for 2yrs???(contract) I really hope sprint knows what they are doing.. the plan sounds good but just doesn't seem to be working out over here..

so when nv2 is complete will we finally be better than the big guys? or just the same... or still behind?

I called about a hotspot... 35 bucks for 2yrs? will my discount apply to the 35 bucks? I can now get the vzw plan for 40+60(data) -20 bucks on a company discount.. so the prices are pretty much the same except sprint is ul data.... I am debating if I should jump4 vzw or hold on for this "promise" from sprint?!?!?!?!

thanks for the update.. you are more helpful than calling sprint! I am ready to call it quits, I dunno how much longer I can deal with this... I have an evo lte... if I switch to a newer phone would that help my reception issues? meaning do they have other bands in them?

i have been a sprint customer for a looong time, sprint says my area is done with upgrades and my service is horrible! I see the phone pop up 4g and sometimes I can get a decent dl but most of the time its 3g and data speeds are no better, building penetration? not happening.... called sprint and they offered a $50 credit... wtf! when is this network ever gonna get better???? check out the coverage in springfield mass... that coverage map is bs! sometimes people cant hear me but I can hear them or vice versa.... signal strength ahhh. is this happening to everyone?

got 4g signal in downtown springfield mass today . drove through later and had to make phone find it ..... hopefully it gets better. what i got today wasnt impressive at all.

have any sites gone live in springfield, mass? the microphone on my evo lte doesnt work... took it into sprint he says it fine its the network! so havent been able to on the phone for 2 days ...

I dunno if this means anything but here it goes. Over the weekend both phones lost data and then it became spotty, when I called sprint they told me the towers in 01108 Were being upgraded and should be up and running June 25th. The tech said that LTE would be live on that date, Also credited my account until then and they will call back on the 26th to confirm I have LTE ... Go figure.. let's cross our fingers I was in Springfield mass. So hopefully Springfield will be up
