Maverick....under VIEW
View, got it.
Yes in data menu
##data#
View & Edit are the options available
Without the MSL code the access to the edit will not be possible and Sprint are the ones with that information.
I don't really know if there are any restrictions in regards to gaining access to that information when it comes to the status of the finance options in regards to the device. That's a new one for me.

Are you looking in the menu through view or edit.I live in eastern MA (NE Corner) and travel the area from here to Boston to Framingham, etc.
While I frequently have B41 I have yet to see any evidence of CA.
The menu says it's enabled but even when on Band 41 I have not yet seen anything other than CA not configured no matter where I am.
As the Boston area is supposedly rolled out / live with CA I am wondering why?
Thoughts?
The reason I'm asking is because I was told even though it shows enabled, if you view it through edit it will tell you whether it's on or off vs enabled (view). I found that to be true when I was looking through it under view it said enabled but when I looked through it under edit it showed off.
○ you'll need the devices MSL code to look under edit

New owner of the Galaxy Note 5 as of end of August 2015. My first tri-band smartphone and phablet. I've Always wanted one and finally got it and really loving everything about it.
Good news, band 41, 2xCA activated this weekend 21 November 2015. I was finally able to break the 74Mbps threshold I've been limited to since band 41 was active the beginning of 2015.
Location: Johnson County, TX
Thank you Sprint, I'm one happy camper.

This is the G2? ZVI or ZVH?
No. I was responding to jamesbond007 in regards to the G4 not having received the Stagefright Patch.
The G2 is currently on Version ZVH ( Stagefright Patch).
●Thus far nothing officially pushed out on ZVI nor any information leading to what it is.
-
The G4 hasn't received any update that mentions Stagefright - its last update was Sep 16. It's possible it shipped with at least some of the patches already applied.
The G3's last update was Sep 25 for Stagefright - released about a month before our G2 update on Oct 19.
Both the G2 and G3 have RDFs available that are later than the most recently released updated (ie ZVI for the G2 and ZVC for the G3), but since they haven't been officially released yet, there's no info (that I know of) as to what changes the updates include.
The last update to the LG G4 is Version LS991ZV6 which is INDEED the StageFright Patch!
Although uncertain as to why Sprint's web sight update doesn't reflect that it was released OTA 16 Sep 2015. One of my other lines is a G4 and when it was activated on the 26 of October the update showed up as the StageFright patch plus other enhancements & updates. See Pic and refer to the link....
Ps. After the update the notification status bar icons went stock Android and the spark logo went away.

This has been posted already.
Ah, I did a quick scan and must have overlooked it.

FYI.....just saying
Definitely heart and soul of net neutrality.

Dude don't worry about it and certainly DO NOT tweet the CEO about it. Why bring up the issue when nobody is talking about it.
Agreed!
Leave well enough alone.

Could this be Wi-Fi calling....
Could this be Android OS update, 5.1.1
Inquiring minds want to know!

The update is for the security patch for the stagefright thing.
The Stagefright update has already been pushed with ZVH.

Also my local Sprint third party store offered me the LG G4 for lease with 0 down an 0 taxes + $100 mail in rebate I believe for $18 a month and with the loyalty Credit ( legacy customers ) I get an additional $15 monthly making it $3 a month.

Leasing and easy pay isn't for everyone, including myself after trying to do it, looked more into it, and it has it's pros/cons . So I stuck with my 2yr contract as I've always had. That's what I got my Note 5 with.
I went through Best Buy as well to do my upgrade on subsidy two year contract.
I upgraded to the Note 5 the month it first came out which was August and it was $249 on contract and received a $200 Best Buy gift card with a trade in smartphone. $50 plus tax out of pocket.
Best deal ever!

My wife works for a hospital system that currently gives a 25% discount (up from 23% a year or two ago) so our lines are under her name.
That's fantastic!
-
If only that will trickle down to the state farm insurance customers.State Farm Insurance agents get 25%. Still have activation fees though.
That would be great because I'm covered by State Farm.

Usually through your employer. I think the % discount depends on the volume of employees using Sprint on the discount.
I see. Currently my employer gives a discount of 15% and the Federal Credit Union I use gives a 10% but the offset on that is the activation fee or upgrade fee is waived with the Federal Credit Union.
I was simply curious on who gives the 25% discount. That's really good!
-
That is my exact plan. 25% discount and all. Total with taxes is just under $45 per line.
That's great!
Btw how does one go by in getting a corporate discount 25%
-
SERO which means SERO chance that it will work at Best Buy since they can't access those accounts.
I knew you were going to say that.
I know someone on the same plan and it only allows upgrades through the carrier.
I understand the discounts and pricing are better vs a regular plan.

Amazon and BB has always worked for me with promos on subsidy. Sprint as of late no bueno on subsidy sales but Lease & Easy Pay are good. For example leasing a G4 is $0 down and no taxes upfront and $18 monthly then loyalty credit of $15 monthly i can lease the G4 for only $3 a month.
Best Sprint can do for Legacy Customers.

My apologies, I'm using a desktop right now.
Basically Best Buy offering a minimum of $200 trade-in value for any turned in smartphone towards the purchase of Sprint iPhone 6s/6s Plus on contract.
Ah okay, that explains it.
The same promo was done with the Note5 & Galaxy S6 Plus
I jumped on it and grabbed the Note 5. $249 + tax - $200 trade in BB gift card and paid $70 or so out of pocket. 2 year contract but the promo is offered on ALL finance programs on Sprint. Subsidy, Easy Pay & Lease.

I clicked on the link but it doesn't really take you anywhere. At least it didn't with me.

Looks like Sprint won't be participating in next year's wireless spectrum auction.

Unlocking a phone vs a MSL code are entirely two different scenarios with entirely two different conditions or and requirements.
