    So i just got the one and im loving it! Noob question, with my onld phone i can turn the 4G on and off but i cant seem to find the option to do so.

    Has any one looked at the signal with the phone in a case? Im thinking it might make a difference because you wouldn't be directly touching the back where the antennas are embedded.

    Its been getting alot better, but like most things it just needs time to get to the best! I signed my new 2 year contract with this in mind, and also that you get the most for your buck.

    I see. I have the Samsung Epic 4g and i cant get rid of some apps. Did they change this for the One? Also is it just sprint apps or does it have any sprint network data? Sorry for all the questions, just wondering if i should even bother getting it.

    Quick question. I ordered my phone from costco and i was wondering if it comes with the bloat ware or does it have to be downloaded?

    Well i hope they upgrade the northern towers because the 116 km i came up with was mid town and im in the far north of town. Maybe that will be the trade off, we never got wimax up here so southern Tucson can deal with no 800.

    Well Tucson is about 116 kilometers from the border so i hope we don't get screwed over some more. There is no list of areas that fall under this?

    I was on broadway about half an hour ago and was on the 3g and wimax with no problem.

    Don't even say that! I just want my damn phone.. Why is it that a phone that came out 3 days ago still has not shipped out! I ordered it on the 6th to avoid a delay. Im really close to just canceling the order and getting something else.

    I know they are doing it but from the map point of view it looks like they are moving at a snail's pace. My patience is just running thin, i got the whole "Oh yeah 4G will be up in a few months" when i got my phone almost 2 years ago. Then i come here and find out wimax is dead. I know its moving and it will be here soon, guess i just have to keep waiting..

    Didnt see any more towers added in the tucson area and its showing a few towers in progress down in yuma so i thought thats where they are doing the work atm.

    Anyone else order this from wirefly? It still says its awaiting inventory and im getting bummed.. I thought that it would at least be out at the end of the day. Has anyone got an update if you got it from them?

    Thats what i was worried about that it would rock on a flat surface, but the cases for it all have flat backsides so as soon as i find one i like i will be getting it right away!

    Ah i thought it was a sure thing. So with the TD-LTE would that be part of the NV 4G or will it be a fallback network? (if it does go through).

    So now that Sprint purchased all remaining shares of Clearwire what is going to happen? Will they re-purpose the towers into its own LTE network? Or are they going to keep it a separate network and just leave it as is/add more towers? Now that WiMax will be a type of LTE i hope they just use all these towers on Sprints network and start filling out the roll out!

    Killer, cant wait! I will be going up to Eugene, Oregon next month so it will be fun to play with the LTE up there. Also hope you enjoyed your vaca man!

    Yeah that's what i thought. None of the towers in the are look like they had any work done so it was just a straight up lie from sprint.

    A sprint rep told me this as well but no map is showing up with LTE so i have no idea
