Man I hope the new iPhone supports all of that carrier aggregation.
Hopefully Sprint does implement TD/FDD CA this year

Not just with AT&T, Sprint swaps spectrum with T-Mobile and VZW, too.

It seems this is definitely their main approach for the small cell deployment. Sounds exciting.
Great job on this article Tim!

That's awesome AJ, I re-read the article. I swore someone stated on here that Sprint's devices doesn't support FDD 10x10. This is very exciting!!

So what devices support this? I wonder if Shentel-land is capable of doing this? I believe they have 3 PCS carriers deployed on some sites

Surprised DC is on this list. Just assumed ALU markets will wait until end of this year. Very good news!!
And surprised to see Baltimore as well.

Marcelo declares A New Day For Sprint and changes Band 41 priorities

I'm assuming the 3-5 cities/markets might be areas will be the areas to receive carrier aggregation first.
"So, now once we build 2.5 in some selected markets that we will be announcing soon, we are going to focus on those markets and provide an experience of the speeds that haven't been deployed in the U.S.," Claure said.
The fact he said "experience of the speeds that haven't been deployed in the US"
We'll see. Let's not forget 2x Carrier Aggregation is being deployed soon

I like this new network strategy. It seems very cost effective too. I just wonder where does Carrier Aggregation (deployment) fall into play and small "spark cells" and will it still take 3 years to deploy band 41 in the top 100 cites/markets.
Also is the plan is still to cover 100 million POPs by year ends.

If sprint were to aggregate 2 PCS carriers...would the iPhone 6/6plus support it?

Great write up Robert!! With the band 41 support, the new iPhone for life leasing plan and the amount of 8t8r antennas deployed...I won't be surprised if sprint will announce a handful of spark markets by next friday!
