  1. Obviously millennials or people under 40 would buy wireless, TV and internet, while other demographics would go for the quadruple play. You get wireless, TV, internet, and home phone service. I think the people running Verizon at this moment are not about long term especially Mr. SHAMMO. And McAdams. They didn't expect the Tmobile surge, and now Sprint bothering them.
  2. Correct. That was the plan then CEO Ivan Seidenberg wanted to implement. As you mentioned Wall Street didn't like it so eventually he stepped down and Lowell McAdams is now the CEO. Of course he came from the wireless division, and he despise the FIOS program. Luckily I have FIOS here in my place.
  3. HESSE and Son wanted to do that but Marcelo scrapped those plans. Sprint will not have 500k+ phone adds quarters until they fix their data and speed performances nationwide.
  4. I don't see AT&T one point behind Verizon, but four in the overall score. Regarding Sprint the only reason their reliability was 3rd was because of their call and text scores. In 2016 I look at data and speed performances, and Sprint got a lot of work to do. If you look at the 1st half 2015 and 1st half 2016 scores Sprint pretty much has been stagnant.
  5. Basically Verizon is in a league of its own, while the others are fighting among each others. Sprint overall score is in the mid 80s because once again they got a low 70s in speed.
  6. It went live late last week. At the same spot I was getting 5 to 10 down. Now I am getting over 65 down and 14 up with pings around 14. The funny thing is Sprint and the big boys have macro sites 3 blocks north. I guess since it's a hill with a lot of tall buildings, Sprint decided to dense the hell out of it. The
  7. There is a new Sprint small cell on Broadway and LA Salle Street near of 125th street. These things are popping up everywhere.
  8. They never left in my opinion. Sprint is basically installing Small cells, while T-Mobile is doing macros and coverage expansions. Sprint doesn't want to install new costly macro sites that would overlap with T-Mobile because they still thinking of going through with the merger.
  9. Same plans as the new Verizon ones. Very original idea from the Death Star. AT&T and,lVerizon are basically the same companies.
  10. Is crown Castle mounting the Sprint /Nokia small cells in New York City? Because I found hundreds of Crown Castle permits.
  11. Sprint went from number one to third in Las Vegas http://www.rootmetrics.com/en-US/rootscore/map/metro/las-vegas-nv/2016/2H The second half reports are popping up now, even though they will not release the first half 2016 until August 27th.
  12. Who is the contractor doing the Small Cells deployment?
  13. 3x carrier aggregation without the density like others have mentioned will do nothing, but just islands of high speeds. Sprint has had 1.2 billions credit of 8T8R radios on their balance sheets for three quarters now, and Mr. Bolivia refuse to use it why? Waiting for Hillary to take over so Sprint is sold to the Germans/Tmobile because the way things are is not longer Massa buying them, but other other way around. Small cells are great, but are only effective after you blank a market with such band, and still has spotty coverage. Open signal shows Sprint has a long way to go.
  14. Also I want to add that even articles that didn't have anything to do with Sprint, the Godfather trolls ( S. ALI, Fabian Cortez aka Spuckle, Babaganush, and his others alias from Battlestar Galactica infested the place. Not to mention that troll that was a member here Maximus was part of the mob too. BTW hi guys, I know you are lurking, too bad you don't have a passport to S4GRU country. Now Howard forums and Reddit will be in an endless war.
  15. Today is a day where T-trolls suffered a defeat. Fiercewireless redesigned their site, and it's not longer accepting comments. http://www.fiercewireless.com
  16. Seems we have a meltdowns at fiercewireless, and now these morons are attacking Robert character. They are so angry and pissed that they can't infiltrate this place. I know maximum and Fabian_Cortez are the ones behind all those guests accounts.
  17. Galaxy 7, galaxy edge, Note 7,IPhone 7,HTC10. Also he said 3x will go live within the next two months which would hit the target in September with the launch of the iPhone.
  18. OH my God, fiercewireless and others news outlets haven't even posted Sprint news yet. Had the quarter been negative the article would gone live at 8 am.
  19. Read the numbers, but I don't know why they keep that 1.1 billions 2.5ghz equipments credit. I don't understand why they haven't used it. For the last 4 quarters they have been reporting it.
  20. John Legere was a slime at the previous firm, and he is an AT&T product that worked under Dan Hesse. Tmobile network can't handle the organic growth anymore, too much congestion everywhere so John will do now what every corporation do, grow slowly at maximum profits.
  21. Yeah, they should cheer Sprint going away then that 120mhz - 160mhz 2.5ghz will go nicely to AT&T and Verizon since the Sprint bondholders will want to collect their money. After the twin bells become more powerful then they will squash Tmobile once and for all. Be careful what you wish for.
  22. Until Sprint start adding real, numbers like 500k Postpaid phones adds and 100k prepaid Softbank will continue to see it as a dead corse walking around. Also why Softbank wants to to pay Sprint 33 billions debt in a saturated market. Rumors has it that Softbank really wanted to buy a mega wireless carrier Vodafone but since it has a, huge market cap it was outside of their reach.
  23. My work phone on Verizon was on the 25gigs plan paying 240 dollars per month, now I will pay 135 for the 30gigs plan. I will pay less for more data than before. The Verizon higher data tiers are way cheaper than before.
