    My company pushed out a new Mobile Device Management profile enabling WiFi calling over the firm wifi which is awesome.

    That to me is the best part of the reports. Median smoothing statistically is the best part. It gives a general view of the data access noted throughout the testing period. I don't like to look at a bar that says "91" or "78" or whatever.

    Ok go back to the report. Click on "How RootScores are calculated". That is where I obtained them.

    Does Wi-Fi Calling Support Messaging (SMS & MMS)? For Android devices, messaging is supported in Wi-Fi Calling mode even if there is not any coverage from the Nationwide Sprint Network. For iOS devices, messaging is still handled by the Nationwide Sprint Network. If you do not have coverage then messaging services are not supported. This functionality is expected to be supported over Wi-Fi in the future. iMessage on iOS is supported over Wi-Fi. At least they said it would be supported in the future. IT is a start.

    SMS will go through but it goes through the macro network just like the S5 per the Sprint FAQ. If there is no signal from the macro network, there will be no SMS sent through the wifi.

    I may be mistaken but I believe the law applied to phones manufactured after a specific period. I will go research. Edit: I am indeed mistaken. Perhaps the iphone 5 you have is unable to be activated on Tmo or att? http://www.sprint.com/legal/unlocking_policy.html

    The chip in the iphone 6/6+ supports Sprint's B41 only up to 20mhz channels. The LTE Advanced that is being deployed is carrier aggregation which combines 2 carriers of B41. The Iphone 6/6+ do not support this. However, the 6/6+ will benefit from multiple carriers of B41 being available.
