  1. There was a map on one of the pages on here and what i could tell it showed 6mhz + 6mhz.
  2. Well i looked at the site and from what i can tell and i dont know if this happens or not but can say like twc sell backhaul from at&t? From what i can tell the twc buisness box is hooked up to the cabinet and the conduit is ran. Now they have been running im guessing more fiber down the road from where the site is but its all at&t that i can tell and ive been keeping a close eye and they put some in the ground from the lot beside the property its sitting on all the way back up the road to where they were putting in some more at but all of its been at&t boxes and i havent seen any twc trucks putting anything in so thats why i asked.
  3. And in a city that has 12mhz of 800mhz spectrum is that enough to have a cdma carrier and a 5mhz lte? My question is i think my city bowling green ky only has 12mhzof 800 i think and was wondering if we was gonna have enough for to have that?
  4. Quivk question for anyone who can answer alot of times when a site has multiple carriers at a site do they run extra lines for future like example: run fiber from road to junction at the site say 4 to 500 ft back from edge of road and then just have to bring another line from up the street to connect to it?
  5. Yea well i think once the lg gets theirs the n5 will be right around the corner as long as everything goes good. But i figured we would get it sooner than end of the month just because the g flex is suppose to come enabled so i figured they must of been testing for a little while and have got it pretty tweaked by now. Im not a 100% certain about g flex enabled out of the box but i could of swore thats what the article said and they are gonna be able to order the 31st so that was why i thought that they would have it ready atleast a week before launch??? Idk but be nice when lg g2 and nexus 5 get to experience the good stuff that samsung already is.
  6. Id hope so when sprinnnt announced the other cities in the spark update they said that it would be out later this month so yea they would be kinda lieing if it wasnt this month so id say sometime this month and someone that is in the g2 thread sayed the 24th but idk could be the 31st hope its the 24th instead.
  7. Thanks for the update i was wondering cause i remeber someone saying there was a zv9 on there one day. I hope its the 24th!!!! I hope lg is going to do better with there new phones about updates that was one of the things i was kind of worried about when i got it but i love this phone.
  8. So can anyone tell me whats the latest version that sprint is testing now? And isnt the g flex coming spark enabled so you would think it would be ready atleast a week before its release date?
  9. Has anyone seen if the software update for lg g2 being tested internally has changed since zva from zv9? Hopefully we will get the update soon. You would think that it is close because of the g flex is coming out with it and is going to be available the 31st online so i figure should be good to go atleast a week before the release of that device for us?
  10. I dont see the need for that when we are trying to get away from evdo eventually and with us already having roaming agreements whenever its fired up would make it more likely to get oversubscribed and less speed with evdo with where smartphones are going.
  11. So if you started a framily plan starting what date do you get the free tablet? Or if youve started one since they offered it you can get it still?
  12. Thanks for the info guys the reason I was asking is cause I was getting speeds of 2.1 to 2.5mbs on 3g on my home site. And then all of a sudden the tower went down for a week. Well in that time i was checking on the site and seen some contractors with a ditchwitch or something taking a big roll of cable looked to be a inch or so in diameter put into the ground along the roadway. And then today the site was back up and running. The site has been 3g accepted for a long time 6-9 months and i had recently asked if a site had backhaul if the twc box for backhaul meant anything but was informed there could be more going on with it. So about 2 weeks ago the sight actually started using the nv anntennas because on the debug screen showed a 1 in the middle of the sector id which i think means they are using the nv equipment right. So i was just trying to see if the site would be close to getting lte with these things going on?
  13. Ok so i was wondering if anybody was getting lte from the site on fitzherald drive cause as of last night i havent.
  14. Does anyone know what kind of pings would be considered 3g with fiber backhaul before lighting up the lte side of things?
  15. So what i was wondering was the places that have 1 to 2 wimaxx sites whats gonna happen with those now since we have softbank are they gonna get some love.
  16. Hopefully once some of the other carriers start to slow down we will get more contractors to do our work and they will be able to deploy more than what they are saying faster. Also it should help once they start turning on 800lte but i dont know if anyone knows when that will be. But hopefully soon.
  17. Ok so they announced the g flex release date today so I figure theyve got the spark update cleared up so we should prolly see that soon because the g flex is coming spark enabled. Does anyone else seem to think this also?
  18. Will 800 lte be a mass update by mid year to the majority of sites? Im guessing they are still testing and stuff reason why nobodys been able to connect to it and so forth. Is thete anywhere to check to see if a certain market bta or whatever has completed the rebanding process? If someone could point me in the right direction id appreciate it ive looked at fcc website but its very complicated.
  19. I kinda thought you were hinting at that ????
  20. Do you know if here like bgky if there is enough pcs spectrumto deploy another 5mhz lte carrier or ate we at our limits. I looked through pages of fcc maps and data but it was hard for me to tell what we had here.
  21. So is there anything else around here southern ky to aquire as far as spectrum or regional carriers?
  22. Yea but from what i can tell c spire owns part of the 700mhz in southern kentucky down in to tennessee and nashville.
