Yea that was the whole deal to upgrade before jan 10th and move over to the framily plan and you would get the 15 dollar fee waived then. I just got new phones in begining of dec switched to framily plan with two lines and keep unlimited data qualify for easy pay 1 year from then and get out of contract 1 year early a win win. And my bill is ten dollars cheaper and could be cheaper when more people get added to it.

Yea they are part of the rural lte program but doesnt someone else own the 700mjz here besides at&t. Ithought it was c spire. But i dont know who uses it.

Well here in my area we have bluegrass wireless and it would be nice if they bought them out cause theu have more towers and coverage than anyone in southern kentucky.

So jusy a question here will there be a big switch of 800lte fired up at once. Seems like that would have to happen since they are trying to hit a deadline oof mid 2014 with nv. Also i was kind of wandering why they have had 800lte acceptances in places but nobody has got to use it yet either.

So with that does that mean that places that are not in the top 100 will eventually get nv 41 deployment somewhat. Would you think that a city like louisville or nashville would get it in the first year also? My city has one wimax site so will my city get anything as far as band 41.

Anyone in bg had problems with the three springs rd site hete lately it actually started running its 3g through the nv panels cause i was getting pretty good speed and then all of a sudden the whole site went down friday i dont know what the deal is with it. Maybe they are fixing to fire up 4g on it that would be nice but probably not the problem. Also does the ticket numbers have any consitency with a perticular site or what kind of work is being done?

What was the number that you called cause I went to the store today and couldnt get switched over some error kept popping up and I was told to come back monday. But would be nice to be able to just call and switch.

Well went in to my local store to switch over and they couldnt do it for some reason was getting a error even talked to chat and i guess the system is down or something.

Has anyone signed up that was in contract with subsidized phone i went there and they tried to say i was going to have to pay the 15 dollar fee???? But it plainly says if bought before 1/10/2014 the fee is waived can somebody help me out???

Yea i called them today and they are sending me mine tommorow too. I sure am glad my girlfriend has been griping about not having her phone and having to use her galaxy s3. Could be worse its still a good phone.

So has anyone heard what and if the there is a catch to people under contract with a subsidized phone can switch to the framily plan for a limited time if you bought your device before 1/10/2014? And not have to pay the 15 dollar fee monthly.

Yes ive already filed the claim online 10 days ago and they took my deductible same day so i figured it was in stock. Then when i got the email about back ordering i called a few days later to see and the woman said she didnt know how long it would take but ive been going to the site everyday but still nothing. For some reason im not getting email updates. And how long do they have to get me a device?
