  1. Question re: rumors of Sprint buyout. Legere: historically, the consolidation of the industry has been for spectrum. As you'll notice, the people rumoring around about T-Mobile, they're spectrum. they're spectrum with no legs. The brand, the attitude is here to stay. How that plays out? We can acquire low-band spectrum and be standalone independent; but there are other capabilities that would provide significant scale." In other words, they will prevail no matter what the situation is. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk

  3. I don't see any Nextel equipment in this picture unless it's below the two racks at the top. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 4

  5. That sites looks like T-Mobile at the top and clearwire under it. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  6. Maybe the Publix stores in St Augustine is that great but most the ones in Jacksonville are not like they used to be. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  7. You two have lg g2 so there may be a difference. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  8. Well I can definitely say having all three bands or even two takes a toll on battery left. With one band enabled I could make it through a full day of work. 12 hours Using play music streaming and calls over Bluetooth. I turned on one of the other bands accidentally and my battery life was cut in half. Is anyone else noticing this? Is this why lg Google are waiting to release the update? 9. Does anyone here have the ballistic SG case? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  10. I wonder if Google release a tri band update for connectivity issues then we flash the old radio for better reception. Win win situation Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  11. If this spark update is going to kill my band 25 reception. I'll wait until my market gets a pretty good amount of 800 LTE online. Before updating. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  12. Were you able to connect to b41 at all? For some reason I can't at all so I just keep b41 and 26 disabled. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  13. I'm wouldn't jump to the n5 unless you plan on rooting and rolling back the modem. The latest 4.4.1 and 4.4.2 killed the LTE reception. In scared that when the tri band update is released its going to make the band 25 reception worst. I thought about buying the g2 but when I was at the sprint store and all the devices were on 3g and the n5 was on LTE my choice was easy. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

  15. Band 41 is more widespread then we in this thread can experience because most of us have Nexus 5 or G2's. The speed tests on the Galaxy Mega is proof. So until LG and Sprint figure things out most of us are screwed. I believe the only tri-band devices that functions properly are the HTC and Samsung devices. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  16. I think sprint is going to try to capture the mid range customers with this device when the s5 is released. I'm sure this device will still be selling like crazy even when the s5 is released Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  17. I've had this happen to me but not at the town center. Usually happens to me when I'm in between roaming and LTE coverage. Mostly when I'm bouncing back and forth. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  18. From what I've noticed from enabling b41 and b26 is that my battery tends to run down faster then when having the two bands disabled. Does this phone when having tri band enabled try to connect to b41 or b26 at every handoff or b25 connection drop? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  19. Hopefully it doesn't kill the reception like this latest N5 update. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  20. I think 2014 will be a good year for Jax. I believe we will see a big CDMA 800 update. I picked it up in two places on opposite sides of town so that gives me hope. I'm very impressed with the current LTE network since picking up the N5. I'm content for now I would like better building penetration though. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  21. I believe I read something on this forum where users enabled tri band and by sprint blocking connections to b41 and b26 it was causing battery drain Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  22. Exactly what I did I told them I installed the latest Google update it screwed something up on my phone and I'm trying to do a factory reset and its asking for my msl Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  23. Has anyone here noticed with their nexus 5 that when enabling band 41 and band 26 decrease battery life? I turned the two bands off and my phone lasted a lot longer with them off then on. I went to the same places and my phone lasted a little longer than when having tri band enabled. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  24. Yeah I was in that area this week. I saw a crane up against the building loading some equipment but I dont know whos equipment it was but there are several different carriers equipment on top of that building so hopefully it was sprints equipment I was getting worked on. 25. The radio you need is the one from 4.4 which ends in .17. The radio in 4.4.1 and 4.4.2 is the same. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
