    I can confirm this but dont have a pic. It was announced/went into effect 9/12 for 2 year contracts signed after 9/12. If you signed before 9/12 you still have a 20 month upgrade until you sign another contract.

    Indy is getting bombarded with them. Many stores have been hitting 300-400% of their daily activation goals because of them. It seems like every other person I help is asking questions about porting over from one of the big two.

    Anyone looking to get the iphone in store be prepared to be heavily pushed towards using iPhone for life to lease the phone. All reps get a $20 spiff for each I4L sale this month.

    My TEP (insurance) rate is perfect this month new customers on the new plans. All you say i have to say is" if you break this (insert phone) in the parking lot in 10 minutes you still owe the $650 you financed and you will have to pay it off before we will finance another phone. But with our TEP we will fix or replace it for free in most cases or worst case $150 deductible which is a lot better than paying 650 twice."

    Half the reps in my store are at our monthly activation quotas and today is the 9th... this last weekend was insane. Every person i pulled out of que seemed to be from them and interested in info or ready to switch over.

    You got that wrong. Its 60 +27 a month for the phone or 80 + 200 for a 2 year contract.

    Sprint has bought back multple devices for years, there has never been a system limitation stopping more than 1 or 3 or what ever buybacks. People bring in bags or old phones and ive done 10 buybacks in one transaction before.

    On the data share 1500 comes off 110 no matter how many lines you have. On my way it comes off the $30 data for each line.

    With all the financing and easy pay stores wont do shit. If people bill thousands to an account and the holder doesn't want it the store that did have to credit off the entire cost of the phones. Its cheaper to only do stuff with the account holder present and protects sprint from lawsuits.

    My advice if you have a torque start having trouble and try and get a service and repair store to replace it. The s4 mini is currently in the replacement list for the torque.

    The part about a sunsidized phone is for the data share plans. Where any customer can get the $15 fee instead of the $40. On the unlimited $60 you must have one of the 4 qualifiers or else you get the $25 added charge.

    I hope you met the criteria to switch or your in for a nice surprise. Your account has to have one of the following or there is a $25 penalty fee. 1. Have one line on easy pay. 2. Have one line out of contract 3. Have one line upgrade eligible and get a phone with easy pay or msrp 4. You added a line.

    Sprint could easily roll out more plans. In sprints system the new individual plan is coded and named. Unl talk/text $30 then then its Unl data $30 which is the only option. They could easily add a $10 and $20 data option into the system.

    You only pay 40 if you take a subsidized phone after 8/22.

    After reading it again suspension happens at 300mb no matter the limit. So im guessing they could charge the .25 on family share from 100 to 300mb.

    Well this is weid here is the playbook about roaming. And here is the family family share fine print. Im not sure what to tell you guys. Im not sure which to believe.

    That promo from tmobile gives you a free upgrade to unlimited, but you have to have the 5gb plan which is 70. They basically are giving a $10 bill credit.

    You can transfer liability, but easy pay payments do not transfer.
