  1. I was told that I couldn't get one because the system isn't updated and that Google is suppose to have them with the phone. I don't know who the believe.
  2. Or company that you work for has that in the agreement. Not sure then; I know it wasn't some random rep telling me this though.
  3. Ordered minutes 4 mines later, and nothing. But I'm not worried when it will come, just as long as it comes in those 3 to 5 business days, I'm good.
  4. Its true! I just got confirmation along with it being noted in my account that it will be waived. Was also told that if a phone is bought from the manufacture, Sprint won't charge any activation fee. Great way to avoid that fee.
  5. Why are people here saying no charge? http://www.androidcentral.com/yes-you-can-buy-nexus-5-google-play-and-activate-it-sprint
  6. Cool thanks! Do you know if we are being charged $36? Why bother paying if I don't have to. ><
  7. Will Sprint charge that stupid $36 fee when you buy it from Play Store since they aren't an authorized Sprint dealer (from what I've aware of)
  8. I'm being told you can either do it online, store or by calling *2.
  9. Looks like now they changed it to the 8th.
  10. Play Store: "We are out of inventory. Please check back soon." ----EDIT---- Just the white 16 GB version Others are still up for grabs, but don't ship till the 8th now.
  11. Got the White 16 GB. Not really sure why I bought it when I just got a S4. haha!
  12. It does kind of make sense though, why the slow progress. As per this new article http://tcbmag.com/News/Recent-News/2013/October/CenturyLink-Workers-Year-Long-Labor-Dispute-Ends says New Mexico was in part of the strike.
  13. So I just talked to a CL guy that was at my house for repairing my internet, asked him if he knew anything about installing Fiber/backhaul and he only said that the delay might be due to the employee's going on stike and that some new contracts for the employee's should be done Friday. He didn't know much though.
  14. I stopped reading when you said you got 8/11 Mbps in LA with 3G. Verizon will say anything to customers to make others sound bad. Verizon in Albuquerque doesn't have true 4G LTE at all! More like 3.5 G because they use microwaves instead of fiber, besides like two towers in town. They got fed up with CenturyLink as they were taking way too long to install it. Your claim seems invaild, but no one is threating you or anything, just trying to provide accutate information.
  15. Its an improvement that they are annoucing areas in New Mexico.
  16. Albuquerque on the list? Let's just hope they say Albuquerque and no El Paso.
  17. Sounds like a outage or in that location was being tested and was turned off till it gets accepted.
  18. We all know that Sprint employee's don't really know what's going on with the NV. They just know that its going to happen within 3 to 6 months. Only the people who are currently assigned to the task know what's going on. But two reason's why I don't think your statement is right is. 1. CenturyLink is to blame for the slow fiber install. Look at Verizon. 2. Why would Sprint make 3G a top priority? LTE is their priority right now along with revamping the whole network. Yes we are getting 3G updates, but so is all the other markets.
  19. I need to find the person who's in charge of the contract and slap him! Anyone else want to join?
  20. I live on the westside, but I don't ever seen any trucks around from my point of view.
  21. Depending on when my sister is home, I will have up to 7 to 10 devices on WiFi.
