  1. Looks like railing they built to ensure they don't fall.
  2. Without any confirmed confirmation, I can't really believe this date you gave us.
  3. Wonder if we'll see any movement with Sprint letting customers off WiMax and into LTE phones?
  4. For some reason some customer agents don't understand its not where you live at, its the market. If they shut down the market from Wimax, they will start to contact those customers by bill, text, and email. Its going to be in select markets, not everyone at once. (That's what I've been hearing when I ask for updates on this)
  5. As of now, there is no force changes. Asked multiple Sprint agents.
  6. http://storelocator.sprint.com/locator/?INTNAV=ATG:HE:Store If they are owned by a 3rd party, it will say Sprint Store By: Some Company If they are Sprint it will just say Sprint Store
  7. You bring a good point, but I wasn't the only one ranting though.
  8. Looked at the prices again, it looks like I might save about $50 off my current bill with 4 lines, two of those basic phones (no data) and a 23% discount. I will definitely have to check though, once's its final.
  9. If Sprint forces me to switch to this so called better plan. Bye Bye Sprint! Verizon or T Mobile here I come!
  10. Just wondering where did you get that information of the tower online at? I find that information pretty cool to look at.
  11. My cousin happens to know one of the fire fighters who died. Only 22 years old. Such a shame that they are gone. Praying for their family and friends.
  12. Are any of the LTE sites online now and how many sites have been built/ready to be online?
  13. Yup, I'm well aware of that. http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/4004-change-in-terms-conditions-new-agreements-on-the-sprint-4g-wimax-network/
  14. Are the basic phones like the Rumor Reflex on WiMax too? Because if they are you'll need to pay $10 on your plan which people are going to get upset about.
  15. Ok, so I called Sprint again to confirm as I was getting different answers and none of it was making any kind of sense. But as of right now this promotion isn't happing, Sprint said they are letting customers know about this now so that later *this year* they will make an announcement via email, text and newsroom for the folks who are on WiMAX to either get a free smartphone (any smartphone on the Sprint market without using an upgrade or extending their contract another two years) or cancel their service without paying ETF and or stay with their WiMAX phone but without being able to use 4G WiMAX. So again, Sprint won't allow customers to take avantage of this as of yet.
  16. So just got done talking to a Sprint employee and they have confirmed that they are going to allow us to pick any smartphone we want that is compatible with LTE, but we are going to have to pay for activation though. So you can go ahead and get the HTC one or Galaxy S4 if you want.
