    Shouldn't matter, you still able to use the app even if you don't pay the monthly fee. The free version just has limited features, but still able to use it instead of calling your voicemail.

    Currently build is KOT49H. Sure you didn't hear a H instead? Because everything matches up besides the Y and they don't just change one letter for the build.

    Might be, I only noticed right after my phone was chiming like crazy, from the signal check app but I didn't see any LTE.

    That could be because he wanted you guys to buy a phone or he's just too lazy. There wasn't anyone else there that you could have asked? Should have also done was have the Sprint Customer Service Agent talk to that person.
