    I have found this the last two times I have preordered phones. I tried right as preorders were first available and had website issues where I couldn't complete an order. When I've come back at 7 AM and tried again, everything works flawlessly and I've received all phones on launch day.

    I second the idea of waiting about 2 weeks until the new phones are announced and either you can get the new models for the same price that you would currently pay for a 6+ or you can get a 6+ for $100 less regardless of which purchase route you choose.

    I have used my iPhone 6 on both Sprint and T-mobile (pretty disappointing service compared to Sprint in my area BTW) in the U.S.

    I was at the state fair last night. Data wasn't too fast but it was still usable. I was locked on B26 every time I checked.

    Same thing happening to me in Wisconsin except that texts still work, I just get 10 copies of each message sent to me...

    Until you go to Subway and the cashier insists that the only way to pay with your phone is to download the Subway app and scan the QR code.... It took me about 45 seconds of me telling him to just select the option for me to pay with a normal credit card before he changed the payment method, the NFC logo pops up on the card reader, I was able to pay with Apple Pay.

    Does anyone know what version of iOS 8 is on the iPhones that Apple is currently selling at its stores? I am about to take my phone in for a faulty home button and I was wondering what version of iOS would be on a new phone if they replace mine.

    I have had a rep that actually called me back before. I am on an employee account though so that may make a difference. I was very impressed with the effort he put in to help me out.

    I did have a similar problem last night around 8-9 PM in Menomonee Falls. There didn't seem to be an issue this morning.

    Did you notice that signal 2 doesn't show the connection to 1X with a LTE connection simultaneously like it did with previous iphones? I believe this could be a sign of CSFB...

    I have been having the same problem but I had it before 8.1 also. I frequently receive emails from the night before when I check my phone during breakfast. I didn't have to open the mail app for the messages to appear though.

    Something along those lines was my first thought when I started this thread. It would be nice to have an unsubsidized device that could jump from carrier to carrier without switching sim cards.

    I'm also curious if the new iPad supports all of the correct bands for each carrier. If so, why can't they do the same in an iPhone and sell one model across all carriers?

    So, Apple just announced that iOS 8.1 will be available Monday and will enable Applepay on iPhone 6's.
