    the iphone sure does like lte thats for sure, my evo will barely pick up lte even with the latest radios had lte at 1 intersection on the drive to the apple store and back. the iphone held an lte signal all the way home.

    I had a 64gb white on preorder from my local bestbuy......they got 2 of them and apparently I was 5th on the list. Then I get an email saying they will still get it to me before I can get it elsewhere. Yeah I'm in the apple store now getting it. sent from my LTEVO

    Tanger outlet malls in san marcos. also picked up a 4g signal in boerne texas this afternoon. right around the i10/46 interchange

    was out at the outlet mall today and was pulling 15mb down and around 11mb up right around lunch time while i was eating at cracker barrel i was suprised when i looked at my phone and saw 4g lol

    i havent seen any improvement. still sub 56k speeds in the areas i frequent.

    was down in the quarry and got some 4g while we were walking through whole foods market. also had some out at the rim 1604/10. nothing at northstar mall and shops at la cantera.

    no LTE yet in my travel areas of helotes, culebra/1604 and blanco/1604.guess i need to start heading more towards the middle of the city lol.

    check out the san antonio map. http://s4gru.com/index.php?/blog/1/entry-262-san-antonio-network-visionlte-deployment-schedule-update/ ericcson seemed to have stepped up the past couple of weeks, used to rarely see 1 of there trucks in san antonio and now it seems your seeing quite a few of them at cell sites and around the city.

    mmmmmmmmm cant wait for it to be live here in san antonio, the 3g network over most of the city is just pathetic. i have noticed the past couple weeks ive seen quite a few erricson trucks running around all over the city.

    ugh it just cant come soon enough, the 3g network as it stands is almost completely worthless down here.

    according to the battery monitor app i use, ive found the LTE stays considerably cooler than the 3D did. my 3d would be around 110-115F when i was at my house with a spotty signal. the LTE has been usually right around 100-105F.

    ive used open signal maps in the past. there locations of the towers on the map are off a bit usually just down the road from where they actually are.

    speeds for me are the same for me between the OG evo, 3d and lte same old sub 100k speeds.

    i get like 50k during the day and 6k in the evenings. i gotta move to your side of the city.
