  1. As pointed out above, it probably is too soon after FCC approval to expect LTE 800 devices in the very near future. I think Fall is the earliest. I can tell you that 30 days ago, Sprint wasn't planning LTE 800 devices until Q1 2013. But I don't see why they'd wait that long at this point. Robert via Kindle Fire using Forum Runner
  2. If Sprint worked out roaming deals with these international LTE companies in supported bands, then a change of SIM is unnecessary. However, for international LTE use with a non roaming partner within a supported band would require a purchase of a local SIM. However, as pointed out above, since Sprint has sealed SIMs, this won't be possible. I think Sprint will get to the point of LTE international roaming with partners that use the same bands in the next 12 months. Robert via Kindle Fire using Forum Runner

  5. I'm frustrated by the whole thing too. However, this is not an Android forum, it is a Sprint forum. Lets keep our posts focused on debate points. We are not going to be an anti-Apple board. It is acceptable to write well thought out and explained critical comments of Apple. Lets just keep it constructive. Robert via Kindle Fire using Forum Runner
  6. Sprint has unlimited data for smartphones. This is an acceptable usage in my eyes. I live in one of those rural cells. My speeds are almost always over 1Mbps. I once dropped to around 900kbps and was wondering who drove into my cell? Its mine...get out! Robert via Kindle Fire using Forum Runner
  7. There are actually 8 around New Mexico, that I used occasionally. The one in Santa Fe and two in ABQ were pretty convenient. And they are located in areas with very poor 3G. I do miss WiMax. But I can hang until LTE arrives so long as 3G doesn't degrade even further. Robert via Kindle Fire using Forum Runner

  12. Man, that's hot. Now with FCC approval, the only thing to stop Sprint from including LTE 800 in their devices is just perhaps the OEMs. Its hard for me to imagine that they will wait until next February to start cranking out LTE 800 capable devices. Robert via Kindle Fire using Forum Runner

I have had the opportunity to sue about a half dozen times in my life. And refused to every time. Most people attribute that to character. Having the right to sue and exercising it are very different things. Robert via Samsung Galaxy S-III 32GB using Forum Runner

  17. I responded to your comment that you left in the Oklahoma article already: http://s4gru.com/ind...-show-me-state/ But I will quote it again here:
  18. So far, I am not impressed with battery life on my GS-III. It's standy battery life is slightly worse than the GNex, but it's active usage battery life is better than the GNex. The EVO LTE battery life is far, far better than the GS-III after 48 hours of usage. I pretty much prefer everything on the GS-III over the EVO LTE except battery life and the camera button. I really like the camera button on the EVO LTE. Don't get me wrong, the battery life is more than usable. And it's better than any phone I've ever had. However, the EVO LTE is the best battery sipping device I've ever used to date. Robert via Samsung Galaxy S-III 32GB using Forum Runner
