I activate so many phones every month and Sprint has never had a billing error on my account. Even though there may be dozens of pro rates, my bill amount is always the same...unless my wife buys something from Google Play and accidentally charges it to the account. But that is a whole 'nother subject. Robert via Nexus 7 using Forum Runner

I laughed at this post at first. And then I remembered I started a thread about eHRPD in my market. DOH!!! Robert via Nexus 7 using Forum Runner

In our Sponsors section we have maps showing every single Sprint site in the county and their Site ID numbers, as well as lots of other info. We also have a weekly update in the Sponsor section showing newly converted sites. For more information about how to become a Sponsor: http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/1195-information-about-s4gru-sponsorship-levels-and-how-to-become-a-sponsor/ Robert via Nexus 7 using Forum Runner

I usually let them stick around for a day or two and then merge them into the NV/LTE market thread for the market in question. Robert via Nexus 7 using Forum Runner

Report Shentel LTE Sightings Here

That's one awesome stealth site. Never seen one like that before. You can see the RRU's mounted below the sign and the panels on both sides. Neato. Robert via Nexus 7 using Forum Runner -
I hate to be harsh, but do you really believe that the sector on the site is already overloaded? That's absurd. Before your market is launched, expect lots of inconsistency. Robert via Nexus 7 using Forum Runner

That looks like it could be a Network Vision Alcatel Lucent panel to me. Robert via Samsung Galaxy S-III 32GB using Forum Runner

Sprint has revised their https://network.sprint.com/ site, and it now it mentions 4G LTE. However, nowhere on the maps does it actually show live 4G LTE sites. But when I scan around and look at all the sites that are complete with LTE in Kansas, every one I noticed does say "Speed Upgrade." This could mean two things... LTE sites completed are also being labeled with "Data Speed Upgrade", or The data speed upgrade is referencing the fact that new upgraded backhaul is at the site So even though this interesting, it does not specifically identify LTE sites. Because even 3G sites with additional T1 lines (in non Network Vision markets) still say "Data Speed Upgrade" also. Another change, is that it no longer tells of scheduled future upgrades, only the ones completed. This is a major oversight, and I hope they fix it. Robert

The maximum threshold for WiMax is around -85dBm RSSI for most smartphones (some were even limited to -82dBm). So if you were getting between -82dBm and -85dBm on your previous WiMax device, then you likely had pretty mediocre service that didn't want to stay connected. If your new device is getting even just -78dBm to -80dBm, the difference would be night and day. If you think about a conventional WiMax deployment, there were so many places where you didn't think you had a signal, but you did, but it was too weak for you to know it was there. Each site had dozens or even hundreds of square miles with -85dBm to -95dBm signals that your device did not detect. If you had a stronger radio, a good portion of these no signal areas could now be live to you. Robert

I haven't had this bug manifest itself to me, yet. However, I am only on Day Four. Robert

Dan Hesse, a physical giant. Yet, in the announcement, Mr. Son overshadowed Dan...immeasurably. He was so aggressive. I liked it. Robert
