I just checked my phone and I was looking in the about phone section and I noticed that my phone went from evdo rev a 6 to rev a .8 what's that number change mean?

REV A;6 is normal sprint 3g

REV A;8 is Eherpderp (eHRPD)

Where does it say that?!  I've only ever seen Rev. A or eHRPD.

eHRPD is basically 3G for 4G lte phones

its like the crossover between 3G and LTE if enabled (i think)

and only LTE capable phones pick it up
