Turning on a site.

Does someone from Sprint have to come to the site to turn on LTE when it is ready? Or is it done remotely?

I believe it is done on-site. Am not sure but it would make sense as the back-haul has to be connected physically.

I think the backhaul can be done and connected before the site broadcasts LTE though

True but I still believe it must be done on site. They have to test the signal as well before they allow customers to use it. When I think of 800 LTE I know that it must be done at the site so the same should apply for 1900 LTE at NV sites.
