The team over at Cyanogen Mod has officially released their CM9 nightly builds for 3 devices. The Galaxy Nexus, Nexus S and XOOM Tablet.

To find your device, just go to the CM9 source page and grab the one associated with your device's nickname. For easy reference:

  • Samsung Galaxy Nexus CMDA = toro
  • Nexus S CDMA = crespo4g
  • Morotola XOOM WiFi = wingray
  • Motorola XOOM CDMA/LTE = stingray

Thanks, I'm getting tired of waiting for the stock ROM. i feel like both Google, Samsung and Sprint (in that order) has given me the finger and I'll never get it waiting for them. Anyone have a review on the NS4G? I was wondering if it was still in Beta build and if its stable. I'm sure coming from Cyanogen it is.

FC14 means built March 14, 2012

For the first letter

E = 2011

F = 2012

G = 2013

For the second letter

B = February

C = March

D = April

Finally the number is the day of the month. These are Samsung's naming conventions for their builds.

I've been rocking ICS FC18 on the E4GT for approx. 5 days now. It's the best ICS build now to date.

I thought for sure we would have seen an official OTA by now. Good thing the E4GT has good devs...

I haven't tried the latest CM9 but, I would give one of the 4.0.4 roms a try. They are miles ahead of 4.0.3 (CM9 and others) in terms of speed and smoothness.
