very slow 3g internet speeds why?

Recommended Posts

I live in boca raton an tonight im waiting for the presidential debate so i decided to do some speeds test an cam across very slow speeds. This has been going on for a while but its getting worse. Is it because lte is being installed? Even though i have not seen evidence of it. What could be the reason. At the end of september i was getting 1 to 2.6 mbps now i get 0.14mbps-0.28mbps. I cant down load a movie with out wifi

How can this be a good thing?

When upgrades started on NV in the Chicago Market, you would see slower than even the slowest speeds before. Might mean upgrades have started in your area. There is one 4G tower relatively close to you. You should donate and become a sponsor, you can see the maps! :D

What should i look for when im looking at a sprint tower? Like how big are 4g lte pannels. Where should the modem or what ever u call it should it be behind the pannel? Also should there be a difference in the cabinet size at the bottom of the tower?

Once of the best example of legacy (skinny) vs. NV (large) panels that I have seen out there. More here.
