Looks like Samsung is finally swinging back. It is nice to see them actually standing up for themselves. If Samsung can back everything up and they actually get a fair judge, maybe all this crazy stuff will start to die down.

 

Of course then Apple has to chime in again.

Now you can put HTC into the mix now. They are in a battle with Apple over LTE right now in which a federal judge has said that HTC can use there recently acquired LTE patents against Apple in which Apple has tried to stop HTC in court from doing it. If HTC is successful in the case against Apple, then they would have to disable LTE on the new iPad and upcoming iPhone 5.
