  1. I've seen that too , but with Sprint haven't seen how long it took here .. specially with it begin windy a lot lately..I'm sure that pushes stuff back. Those guys were on the tower all day yesterday.. so I'm expecting the added support to be done .. and if panels adds are the plan I would say today or tomorrow to add seem reasonable Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  2. Thanks for the explanation. I will check the site on Friday ... About the install.. how long do these usually take 3-5 days ? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  3. Thanks for the clarification.. I will go by the site on Friday and see if they added anything else Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  4. Wait I'm confused. On the Stonewall tower sprint proceeded with the same antennas , but added a new rru so those Ericsson panels are both brodcasting b41/b25 Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  5. So this is totally .. future proofing the site .. for future capcity upgrades? I figured from the only full build site so far it took quiet some time for it to be turned on these mini macros turn on quick Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  6. So are you expecting this to be a full 8t8r upgrade Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  7. Spotted another one ...it does look like additional panels could be going up on the sites Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  8. Just wanted to see if any of you guys knew .. but sprint has had permits approval for upgrades in El paso.. and the tower crews have gone up on a few towers already , but just to add these metal pieces that form a triangle and nothing else .. anyone know what these are for Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  9. Spotted Crews working on a Sprint Tower this is another band 41 upgrade... Looks like it will be another Mimi macro addition Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  10. Verizon uses these same panels in my area at higher populated Venus's. I was told those are sector splits for Verizon .. each sector pointing/ a serving a different area. That's for the bottom site .. middle looks like a TMO set up with band 4, 2,12 .. top I can't tell Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  11. Any updates out of Phoenix..? I plan on making another trip that way .. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  12. So, sprint has a YOY operating loss for the last decade.. bearly started making a profit (peanutes).. is increasing investment on the network with no large customer gain nor profit in the near future .. and there in a better position for 5G ?? TMO is paying all the bills making profits and are growing more then all 3 other carriers combined .. with profits coming in it will be easier for TMO to pull out a loan for the upcoming high band auction and make a solid bid.. and continue growing like they have been.. with another 614 thousand customers predicted for their Q1 report coming soon ..TMO is good there making profit Softbank will have to answer to shareholders if not they will file suite Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  13. Some speed tests on band 41 mini macro /band 25 2xca .. hopefully sprint can keep these upgrades up. Once they finish the next set of upgrades here (21 ready to issue) ... They will have upgraded 28 towers out of roughly 86. Getting closer to the 50% mark... Im thinking upgrades will run well into 2019 Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  14. The domestic wireless providers are in no better position to complete a merger this time around. T-Mobile is unlikely to offer any better deal than last time when Sprint was trading around $6 before the merger talks ended. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  15. Just one more thing to add ... TMO debt also doesn't exceed their value .. and this should be the last post of this thread . This sums it all up In other words Masa is in no position to make any demads or offerings really .. he would be the one to sit back and listen in that case Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  16. Ya he has been wrong a lot, but in his position it's all opinion and speculation not to many facts ... just like earlier he's giving the deal 40% chance to go thru .. that's an opinion .. just like me and you can say 20 or 30 % Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  17. Oh of course that why I'm not a advisor Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  18. The difference is TMO turns a profit sprint does not ... When you can pay your bills and take home a nice profit, its a whole different world... there is a reason moffett is an advisor and we aren't . Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  19. I agree, but I wanna say first sprint wants to make sure more then 50% of their sites are upgraded to band 41.. and then get this going bit by bit Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  20. Which again this is sprint we are talking .. the cost of a DAS antennas system can cost a lot of money inside of malls ..when I used sprint in San Diego I went to a mall that had a Sprint store inside it and I was connected to a magic box .. and it helped extend the band 41 signal further in the mall and speeds we're 25 Mbps down / 4 up .. not bad .. I'd take that magic box install over a lengthy das install process that could take a while if we ever see a healthier sprint Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  21. Easy there tiger lol this is sprint we are talking about here lol.... I think it's a fluke that sprint has even considered doing this .. I would of been placed these with local venues movies, mall etc .. and local business again it's sprint we are talking about Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  22. https://mobile.reuters.com/article/amp/idUSKBN1HI36L This a good read ... Masa is wanting to go into a deal he has no money to throw towards Softbank has 25 billion yen worth of assets. Of that they are only vested in 3.5 billion yen’s worth. So help me understand something here. Masa wanted control of a combined company he couldnt sink a dime into? Just food for thought Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  23. Some people say ..well what I'f he just let's sprint operate on it own and see what happenes.. He cant do that. Their shareholders would file suit Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  24. Have you guys ever been upside down on a car when you went to trade it in? Masa has that problem , hes now walking into the marketplace with a business he is upside down on. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
