  1. They are still activly using SMR 800mhz in Mexico I believe Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  2. I do understand that, but when I disable b26 &25 then phone has no choice but to connect to b41 and does so immediately... So, maybe you are right and the Network needs more optimizing Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  3. Even with band 41 priority being 3rd in the phone .... when I do connect to b41 without forcing the phone on to it .. the phone has to scan between 5 to 10 min to connect to it Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  4. Not the case In my market ... I had to set the phone to b41 only to connect to new the b41 sites .. that's how I was able to track down the new b41... As soon as I enabled b25 again it connected right back Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  5. Most of sprint phones are still set as band 25 being the main priority band ... I had to force my Galaxy s8 on to b41 and I discovered a lot of new band 41 in my market .. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  6. I have noticed that on most devices ... Band 25 is still set as the priority band.. which is should be band 41.. next year via updates that's supposed to change and I think that will help hpue more often Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  7. Sprint is utilizing all of their stores even Boost Mobile Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  8. Quick question : will HPUE still work the same with a nokia mini macro set up? ... Casue it's still the same antennas just added rrus... Sorry if this has been answered already.. I'm just notcing that sprint is going to blanket my market with mini macros set ups Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  9. Ya, it has good range on it as well... Even pentrates inside the mall... But once I get really deep inside the mall and band 25 takes over 123 DBM Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  10. It must be shut off then.. according to the pci.. when I forced band 25 i connect to the site on Reynolds Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  11. No inspected site with a buddy of mine ... Sprint is not on the building Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  12. I spotted the sprint panel that provides band 41 on top of the Sprint store ... Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  13. I will take a better picture tomorrow of the sites Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  14. I will track pci tonight ... In that area i have never had a low DBM signal until that day .. that area was 3G for the longest when sprint went LTE during network vision Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  15. I'm thinking sprint is brodcasting band41 from this panel addition.. this is Google maps I will get a better picture Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  16. I was at the basset mall yesterday and noticed that band 41 showed up with unusually low DBM signals. The other 2 sites that are marked are 3.4 miles apart which at the mall usually results in phone bouncing back and forth. Now the site on airway does have band 41, but when connected to it it's at much higher DBM signals... So I ran a speed test in the areas and some really high speeds it said I was connected to a mini macro, but when forcing the phone on band25 it connected to a site much further away .... The area in the past has been a dead spot Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  17. Possible new sprint macro site added with band 41 in El paso, TX Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  18. Same here ... Sprint just launched a new band 41 macro and I haven't been able to track a permit for it anywhere Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  19. Nice find. Small cells are going up daily Spokane WA also getting lots of small cells... Looks like San Antonio is getting a big boost in speeds pretty soon Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  20. Ya one weak spot was the West gate district.. the band 41 site is too far away so it drops to band 25 and that's a busy area .. at the time I was there speeds were ok , but once packed it's more then likely going to be a bad experience.... The Arrowhead mall received new band 41 upgrade since I was connected to a mini macro.. speed we're around 100mbps .. I was connected to band 41 85% of the time.. sprint was also good downtown went to a Phoenix Suns game and they perform well Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  21. Was in Phoenix ( Glendale, tempe, Scottsdale ) sprint performed very well.... Phoenix was part of 1st phase of band 41rollout ..so, all site we're 3xca that I connected to with new band 41 site running Nokia mini macros 2xca... Also, band 25 is now 10mhz in Phoenix that was good to see.. band 26 is a nice fill in for indoor coverage not crazy on speeds, but around 5-7mbps.... Also, the cell grid looks to be dense... don't know if that just started happening recently or has Phoenix been a pretty dense market? Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
  22. Ya they have 10 towers live now 14 more permits.. With another upgrade coming they just sent out the commercial tenant approval .. so another upgrade is in the works Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
