Someone has filed a motion to stop the merger review for the time being.. to review spectrum totals on per market basis. Just wanted to let everyone know https://www.fiercewireless.com/wireless/t-mobile-sprint-say-no-way-to-motion-to-pause-their-merger-proceeding Let's see what the FCC does the last thing we need is for them to postpone even longer Although is does give Sprint more time to work on the network Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

I was about to say the same. The combined company is going to have a around a 110 thousand combined sites.. T-Mobile in the public filing stated that they will only keep 10, 000 of Sprint sites to boost density and capacity.. the rest of the sites to equal the 85000 the new T-Mobile is going to newly build Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

I don't think anyone is anti merger.. 1st not 1 carrier currently at this point is bringing 5G to other areas other then the city that we're annouced and even in those cities its questionable how widespread it will be so your argument on that part is irrelevant.. 2nd. Massive Mimo isn't cheap to install, so that would happen over time. Sprints brand is showing signs of live again in the last few Quarters nothing crazy, but it's something Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

This time around it's different ( imo).. Sprint was very indecisive in the past( they only kind of Improved in those market and didn't go all out 100%). Sprint knows what's at risk and this time around i don't see them letting up.. at nextgencpu pointed out this was achieve pure spectrum and small cells.. so, Sprint celebrate this a few days and gets back to work.. running higher back haul, implementing 4x4 mimo, and massive is next and more aggressive throughout NYC.. I think this is only the beginning now Sprint will let loose Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

I thought I'd do the honors lol and whats crazy this is only the beginning.. this seems to be their first real big push towards improving the Network across the Nation https://twitter.com/SprintCTO/status/1030080324217102336?s=19 Still need the merger ? Well, Sprint gets to check this one off as a big win Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

This is just sprint adding more fuel to the merger review.. I'm sure Sprint could continue to become a better business and continue they have this whole time Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk -

I think the roaming aggremeent will be enough for now.. even offering roaming within city limits is a big deal imo and it looks like it will be treated as native coverage which will improve customer experience. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk -

Yup in my market Sprint : 60 macro sites T-mobile : 156 It would take Sprint a long time to catch up to that macro count Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk -

I don't think that would be a problem for TMO that why 2.5 would work better on their grid .. I think Neville said that in most markets Sprint isn't even within 50% of their network grid and said it was worse in NYC Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk -

But the again ... If the merger is approved I think combined they have enough midband to move everyone of off 2.5 and use that for strictly for 5G Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
