  1. Roaming under TMO starts now if the merger is approved or not Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  2. I did see that as well, but TMO is still at least 400 thousad square miles behind Verizons LTE coverage.. and some of there band 71 is still not cleared.. I don't see that happening anytime soon.. the only one that can maybe match that date is att.. if att even wants to do that Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  3. I think Verizon will be an all LTE network at least 2 years before anyone else .. if the merger is approved I don't think that will be the main priority for TMO right of the back .. and currently neither T-Mobile or Sprint network are ready for that.. eventually TMO will get there, but network integration will be the main priority Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  4. You are correct, but that's future talk. Based on how att is running their network here with far less density compared to tmo and Verizon .. if Sprint can run band 25+band 25 ca combo I think it could work Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  5. I think for sprint to have a decent entry into volte .. they need to start pushing out CA band 25 + band 26.. to add capacity to each band and push coverage where density lacks Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  6. Lots of education .. Sprint showed the first LTE/5G phone.. talked about the network and when this device can be sold Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  7. If it is a tower that has been recently upgraded give it some time . Some are being tested in low power mode some arent close to being fully optimized Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  8. This could be Sprint doing this to help the merger get approved But as of this mornings filling to the FCC Sprint offically acknowledges that they can no longer sutain and be of competition to the competitors on their own going forward https://www.fiercewireless.com/wireless/sprint-big-trouble-and-knows-it Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  9. At the high demand of course we don't know the number .. the percent of people that get this plan .. will more then likely leave once the promotion is up Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  10. I know it's nothing big, anything positive should be considered a small win.. according to this new speed testing firm .. Sprint has surpassed att in average download speeds. https://speedsmart.net/wireless_index/may_2018/ Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  11. This quote didn't come from me,it came from a premier member Dkoellerwx.. I noticed it right away .. speeds should of been much faster on a 3xca site then they were .. and that's when he added Ericsson sites are only brodcasting a single carrier at the moment Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  12. EDITED BY DKOELLERWX, THIS IS QUOTE FROM ONE OF MY POSTS: "So far, Ericsson 8T8R sites do not appear to support carrier aggregation. I have several in my market that I have found. For the moment, they are a step down from the Clearwire sites they replaced. 3 carriers are being broadcast, but aggregation does not seem to be happening." Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  13. This is what's display , but it's being said that only 1 carrier is actually brodcasting in Ericsson markers Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  14. So, as these band 41 sites turn on range is limited which I'm sure is part of the obtimization process. Now the whole the phone showing 3xca, but only brodcasting a single carrier band 41 will that also be fixed during the obtimization process ? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  15. Dish doesn't have wireless expertise, but if TMO and sprint merger .. dish could become a 4th player Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  16. Now just get this waiver approved in El Paso tx and all will be good lol Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  17. Ya band 41 doesn't reach that far out .. it's drops to band 25 at around the 3 mile mark Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  18. Site that is right at the border of New Mexico and Texas more rural has also been upgraded to band 41.. it looks to be a mini macro set up which is fine for that are not a lot of people in the area Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  19. Another upgrade spotted.. sprint is moving very quickly Also spotted a new tower live with band 41 3xca speeds aren't too impressive probably still being optimized Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  20. I just wanted to ask with the merger still on going..how far behind is sprint still ? I can only speak for my market and although sprint is moving here with upgrades they still lack density in the area.. sprint announcing a few more 5G markets.. means they are seeing the plan through .. which in any case they would have to Incase the merger doesn't get approved. What are sprint current pops on LTE without any roaming Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  21. Sites have already started going live as of this morning Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  22. Looks like that's the set up they will use going forward.. any idea on how long these take to go live on the network.. im sure a backhaul boost in needed as well Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  23. More upgrades for sprint happening not slowing down at all Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  24. Ya with the current work happening... I believe that 100% quiet shocked Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  25. The tower on the light pole is TMO ... The standalone is Verizon and later att co located ... TMO added a tower deadsmack in the middle of campus.. Verizon added a site across the street.. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
