  1. Yes coming soon on the 21st of September.. Sprint has managed to upgrade a high percentage of their current tower grid here in 5 months.. More sites are being upgraded that I still haven't checked on yet.. and the mall sites looks to be getting massive Mimo as that site serves an indoor and outdoor mall that are across the street from each other.. will upload pics as soon as I can get to that side of town (Ericsson market btw ) ..band 26 is up on all those sites which should be turned on any month now.. for Sprint to have a shot at volte with just 60 macro towers a tough task ? I'll have to check and see where drops to 3G happen and evaluate based on that, but more sites are needed Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  2. Spotted another band 41/26 upgrade a bit out side of El Paso county lines along I-10.. lot of work going on here Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  3. Again, the facts are there that Sprint has under spent on the network in the last 3 years.. but now that they are spending we are seeing markets catch up to par not within one year, two years we are seeing it happen within 3 to 6 months and they are upgrading the sites quick to tri band.. San Diego is another example Sprint is right on par with all the carriers and once they get the higher Uplink going they will also be in the low to mid 90s.. so I think at this point of network shouldn't be a concern anymore as Sprint has shown that they will Implement small cells and add Towers where needed.. the question now is can they gained enough subscribers per quarter to recoup the network Investments that they are making over the next three years in case the merger doesn't get approvedAlso, 4 x 4 Mimo from what I have seen Sprint is incorporating it on all of these upgrades so at the end it's just a flip of a switch on the software side to turn that on so I don't think that'll be a big issue Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  4. It was more to get support for the merger then anything Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  5. If anyone is planning on switching to Sprint... Sprint is lowering their buyout program down to $450 starting on September 21st Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  6. My predictions are Q2 next year .. Once sprint gets massive mimo more widespread and 4x4 mimo more widespread. Sprint should win both. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  7. Another upgrade in progress.. and another team is working on a site that already has been upgraded Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  8. I don't think it's the resources anymore at this point.. Sprint has enough spectrum to where they won't need as many tower to bring capacity to certain areas.. I think it's SoftBank not fully 100% confident/behind Sprint to fully go at it alone...and Sprint brand image.. I think that's about it really .. the network will tag along piece by piece.. imo Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  9. Yup and that's just based on more recent 4G investments.. once 5G starts those prices will keep rising Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  10. the notion that Sprint can't fail that's a bit far fetched..I think they can fail. Without this merger do you guys truly believe Sprint will make it ? It's just a bit hard to see the clear picture.. I think Sprint can compete on their own going into 5G, but it will lead to them raising prices also.. So, as much as it would be good for competition higher prices from all 4 carriers isn't good ether Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  11. More band 41 upgrades on the way... This one was completed today almost at 100% complete across the city Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  12. The 180 day transaction clock has officially been paused.. FCC need more time to review.. so the initial time frame Q3 2019 when the deal was supposed to closed could be pushed back depending how long the FCC needs Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  13. Sprint brought back the COW in the same area as last year , but the set up looks a little different this year Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  14. Nice! Can't wait hopefully it will launch with 4x4 Mimo on band 26 that would be icing on the cake Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  15. Still a bit concerned that it's still listed as red .. I was hoping by now it would be in the light green with one license left. maybe I'm looking at it wrong? Or the clearance can change just that fast 30days at a time Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  16. I don't see an issue with that if I just wanna post a a highlight of the article, but I guess Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  17. Are any of the reports out for Sept as far as clearing band 26 in ibez regions ? Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  18. Oh snap !!! https://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2393262,00.asp Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  19. Ya, great improvmemts by Sprint and still a few more sites are getting upgraded to band 41 currently.. just wish network reliability was a little higher on the score.. I think it could mean a few drops to 3G are happening , but nothing that hasnt happened on att or tmo. So, Sprint is right there with everyone competiting Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  20. Sprint is pushing..and even in Pittsburgh they overall scored higher then TMO there Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  21. Another win for Sprint in my market El Paso ... Fastest average download speed @17.9mbps... passed TMO on network speeds.. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  22. And after an investment in the market Sprint now has the fastest average download speed at 17.9 jumped above T-Mobile on network speeds... Once upload improves those scores will also improve Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
  23. By that time all of sprints roaming will be handle by tmo.. hoping by that time tmo would have services in these areas Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
