  1. Thought I'd take a little drive tonight. Tower in Hustisford is NOT broadcasting LTE yet, despite being marked. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  2. Unfortunately, LTE not turned on in Wales yet despite tower approval.
  3. Looks like Wales, WI is lit up. I work in Delafield, I see a Sensorly trip coming up soon!
  4. I see there's also a new LTE tower in Racine somewhat near the Harborwalk. Nothing else new besides Oak Creek. Feel like this is going in slow mo!
  5. Almost got excited. Was having a drink with a friend near Capitol and Calhoun and looked at my phone.. 4G! Drove E and W on Capitol and N and S on Calhoun and never gained stronger LTE so that signal must have been from somewhere else. Mapped what I could though Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk 2
  6. Imagine how confused Sprint customer service would be if we tried to issue a trouble ticket? haha
  7. I drove by earlier in the week on the parkway and couldn't get anything LTE wise.
  8. I meant no new sites, I know about the few existing Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  9. Looks like a few random new 4G sites turned on in WI but none in the Madison/Milwaukee area, closest being Hustisford.
  10. Try giving Samsung a call. I do phone repairs at my business but Samsung has quoted repairs for less than I can buy the screen for. Worth a shot! The problem is the screen is attached to the digitizer and getting them separated is impossible, so you have to buy both.
  11. I also was unable to get 4G at the new tower in Shorewood tonight. Drove on the parkway right next to it. I did connect outside of Miller Park. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  12. I see there is also a new 4G spot just east of Madison along I-94 and also another one west of Oconomowoc. We now have FIVE 4G towers along I-94 from Madison-Milwaukee! Woo!
  13. Looks like it is about 58th and Ryan Rd. But yeah, make sure you are a sponsor!
  14. The engineers must want 4G at Estabrook Beer Garden for their after work rest/drinking That might be a good place for a 4G nutcase meetup since that should be live (though a bit of a drive for our Madison friends...)
  15. I drove on Canal St from Miller Park tonight and was even able to get a 16 Mbps speed test outside of Potowotomi! I think my drive is on Sensorly.
  16. Test Date: Jun 24, 2013 7:22:42 pm Connection Type: Lte Server: Madison, WI Download: 24567 kbps Upload: 11662 kbps Ping: 78 ms http://www.speedtest.net/android/494912221.png Right outside Miller Park!!
  17. I'm guessing it will be hard to get a hold of us in this forum because we'll all be using LTE discovery and cycling our phones every 30 seconds looking for new LTE
  18. Is there really Sprint 3G on US 141 all the way up to Iron Mountain, MI? I know there is to Marinette now. According to Sensorly, yes. Sprint, no (just Marinette) I'm going to Crivitz on Sunday so I'll at least see if it goes there!
  19. I can see the Summerfest gate from my car but no LTE . They must be testing and hasn't gone fully live yet. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk 2
  20. Madison is an island no matter what side of the isle you are on Sprint users blue and red just want their LTE! I approve this message. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  21. Just watch, those who have Sprint LTE will get the best coverage at Summerfest One thing I liked about having a Wimax phone in the past.. you could get a 4G Wimax signal at Miller Park from the tower near the airport. I was able to get data while others struggled. Now Sprint, next obvious should be Miller Park! Hopefully the accepted sites map will be updated again soon. It seems we are finding the towers (Summerfest area, Hartland area) before the map is updated.
  22. Are any areas in WI broadcasting 800? Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk 2
  23. I just looked at the Sensorly maps. There is Sprint 4G along I-794 in Milwaukee, meaning, ready for Summerfest!!?? There is one zoom level that shows this.
  24. Yes, they use 850 here, which is probably why they are better than anyone else. Verizon is 1900 here but more 850 elsewhere, I believe. Granted, they have LTE everywhere!
  25. That's because we are geeks. Also desperate considering everyone else has 4G.
