  1. That is it! Excellent work. Does the American Tower website list what panels go to what vendor? I believe from this pic the top panels are sprint: http://www.americantower.com/SiteLocator/PhotoViewer.aspx?lngSiteId=2757&towerId=0&towerNumber=75484&country=united%20states&ATFileId=9691169
  2. It is the registered tower on Carter St. Looking at both Tower and Antenna results. http://www.antennase...est=pagehandler
  3. No I had not used that. Thanks. I just tried and it does not list Sprint on that tower, but I know for sure Sprint equipment is on the tower. I'll keep doing some more digging around.
  4. Thanks for the responses on this everybody. Did anybody have a chance to look at the pictures? I believe it is the top rack of antennas but with all the equipment on there it can get confusing. I might try to go out and get better pictures of each rack to do a comparison. Has Sprint and/or Ericsson used different panels in the past?
  5. Do you have your LTE radio off? Trying running in LTE/CDMA mode and see if you get even better speeds. The network status should change from " EVDO Rev A" to "eHRPD".
  6. If you are around the mall in Manhattan, you are getting LTE from the tower I posted pics of. Just looking at your screenshot you posted, those tower locations are correct.
  7. It is a handy feature to have of Voice and 3G data simultaneously, but the only time I find myself using it is when I'm on a long work call at my desk.
  8. I've spent probably about 1 hour in LTE in my various journeys through KC and Manhattan Kansas. Been next to a couple of towers and all and all probably ran about 40 speedtests and watched a couple of youtube videos to test..... I used up about 600MB.
  9. All, I was able to snap some photos of a before and after Network Vision upgrade. The site is KC03SW149 right outside of Manhattan Kansas. Enhanced 3G and LTE are up and running on this site. I will post those speedtests below. Before Network Vision: After Network Vision: Another View: 4G Speed Tests: Consistent 20+ mbps download and 10+ mbps upload. Enhanced 3G: The enhanced 3G is definitely active. When I took the Before picture, I had also ran a speedtest and got under 100kbps.
  10. There was a thread started on this last night: http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/1826-florida-lte/

Sent you a PM. Took me a bit to find.... the house right next to the site gave it away. I envy the guy who owns that home...... Robert, that isn't your vacation home is it??

Ok I think I've found the site. Although I'm not sure what he was thinking what he said they were in Homestead because I didn't find this site close to Homestead. According to the maps and the data about dates for this site.... I would say this is 100% legit.

I've been searching around the maps and trying to find this site but no luck yet. Not saying it is not real, just trying to find the site. Certainly looks legit. I should send the youtube guy an email. He has got a couple other videos too.
  15. All, I've uploaded some photos of the tower closest to my house and need some help identify the sprint panels on it. 2 of 3 base stations are TMobile and AT&T so I followed the coax from the 3rd base station and I believe it to be the top rung on picture DSCF1049. Let me know what you guys think: Here is the link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/xi0klmhiyspbty1/4w1BG26d3f?m#/ I've also got some other towers I need help identifying and will upload those photos soon. Thanks!
  16. Really? Sued for it? We all know Sprint LTE is in it's infancy and the maps are not accurate... but there isn't a valid reason to sue Sprint over it.
  17. I was all up and down San Francisco and north of San Francisco (San Anselmo) and I could not even get eHRPD. All this work must just be taking place south of San Francisco.
  18. Did you apply just the radio or the full firmware package?
  19. Anybody heard of any Sprint LTE tablets here in the near future? I was thinking about picking up the Nexus 7 as my first tablet, but thought if Sprint were to release a LTE tablet I would pick it up if it wasn't too much on the monthly bill. I would hope HTC would try to make a new LTE tablet for Sprint but unsure of HTC's tablet future.
  20. The great part is you don't need to be HTCDev unlocked and probing your device with wire (lol) like previous releases. I should have waited just a bit longer instead of going HTCDev route.... oh well. The nice part is you can return back to a **LOCKED** watermark and not a **RELOCKED** watermark if you need warranty/fixed through Sprint (it shouldn't matter regardless with Sprint though). Going to give this a go tonight.
  21. http://unlimited.io/...ff-public-beta/ JuopunutBear and team have done it again. S-OFF for the EVO 4G LTE! Root is required. Unlocked is NOT required... but supported! Edit- Linux and Windows now supported.
  22. Wonder if there will be some kind of OTA for the EVO LTE before July 15th then.
  23. It's all good man. Happens to all of us. Props for the contribution though!
