  1. Ugh! My bad... Now its feelings are really hurt! I can't tell if the middle row is abandoned with the cables in place or if something is there... Sent from my 2PS64
  2. Now you hurt its feelings! Sent from my 2PS64
  3. My wife and I started with evo 4g to evo lte to a m7 I had, both had each a m8 and now we both have the htc 10. The only actual warranty replacement was the m7 I had for the camera purple hue issue. That's my meaningless anecdotal evidence. Pretty good if you ask me. Sent from my 2PS64
  4. CA is not the same thing as a 10x10 carrier. Did you mean that? The 10x10 is all over the place now. Sent from my 2PS64
  5. A lot of areas are 10mhz now in band 25. I know they concentrated on towers that did not have band 41 initially. Sent from my 2PS64
  6. Sorry, I should have been more clear on what I was looking for. I was trying to see what signal level and band your phone was seeing... Its possible where ever your at has evdo roaming in a higher band or it doesn't allow evdo roaming at all. If your on a sprint signal on 1x in band 10 its very possible you can't recieve evdo in the PCS band where your at. Sent from my 2PS64
  7. What does your 1x screen show? Sent from my 2PS64
  8. I don't see the roaming indicator. Are you roaming? Sent from my 2PS64
  9. I haven't had an issue with that, when you are within wifi coverage try a profile update in the system updates menu. I have noticed if you are roaming in an area without evdo roaming it can be extremely difficult to get a stable data connection, probably because of how much data smart phones send and receive. 10. I am using textra and haven't experienced any issues. I think the EVO LTE had a bug for a while when mms would get overly compressed. Sent from my 2PS64
  11. Check out this post for a better explanation. http://www.s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/7164-iPhone-6S/6S-Plus-User-Thread&do=findComment&comment=477344 Sent from my 2PS64
  12. It's not svlte. If you have a voice call all cellular data will stop. It seems like it is receive only so your phone won't miss a text or a phone call if your phone is in a fringe area. It seems to last like 5 or 10 minutes and if you have a solid lte signal the phone goes back to lte only. Sent from my 2PS64
  13. The consensus is it is not a bug and is happening. After wavelength pointed out that a lot of discussion happened in the signalcheck thread I checked and it turns out iPhones do it too. My m8 never did it even when we got marshmallow. My guess is it had to be a radio limitation. It will really help people who are in fringe areas that have an iffy lte signal. Sent from my 2PS64
  14. Yeah, there seems to be an improvement. The rsrp seems to be much higher than the m8. Areas where I would see a momentary gap in lte with the m8 I don't see with the 10. Since it seems like sprint has its own variant I assume the antennas would be turned a bit better for Sprint bands. Sent from my 2PS64
  15. I figured so, I never had seen it in the engineering screens though. Sent from my 2PS64
  16. So I saw something today I never had with my m8.... I was in a well protected basement and was in and out of LTE coverage. I saw this... It's been a long time since I have seen both lte and 1x rtt at the same time. I know there have been numerous bugs with Android reporting erroneous signal and band data, but in the debug screens I showed both 1x and lte data and the received signal strength was changing for both. Is this a bug? Sent from my 2PS64
  17. Ugh! Thats too bad. Time to find another case. Sent from my 2PS64
  18. Someone in the other thread asked how good it was RF wise. It seems to be as good as the m8 on band 41, better on 25 and 26. Signalcheck reports a rsrp about 5 dB higher than the m8 I had. Areas I would drop to 3g in the m8 I stay on LTE with the 10. With the m8 I had a otterbox commuter case where the 10 I don't have one yet. That could explain some of the difference... 19. I have to say, threads like this are why I contribute to s4gru.com. I don't think another forum anywhere on the internet can have a good discussion like this without fan boys jumping in and ruining it. I really enjoy hearing the cellular technology and upgrades deployed by different companies without fan boy interruption. Sent from my 831C using Tapatalk
  20. As of late last week I have. Sent from my 831C using Tapatalk
  21. It's been a week or so since I last had the data issues. I even connected to the second carrier in band 41 and data continued to work fine. Maybe the fix is rolling out? Sent from my 831C using Tapatalk
  22. Care to explain? Sent from my 831C using Tapatalk
  23. I see this article as part of negotiations. It sounds like they are trying to get companies like Crown Castle, AT&T and others to give Sprint cheaper rates by telling them "Hey, we have this cheaper option" Anyone else see that? Sent from my 831C using Tapatalk
  24. The no date is BS, but unless I'm not reading something right it was a software change to the infrastructure that caused it, and they have a software fix for the bug introduced they are gradually rolling out across the country. Did I not read something correctly? If this is the case what a huge bug to be missed by Ericsson. Sent from my 831C using Tapatalk
  25. Yikes. That's awful. Sent from my 831C using Tapatalk
