LCDs do better in the sun. But, the GS3 is way better than any of the older amoled screens. It may not be as bright as an LCD, but you can see your screen. Never the case with the GS1 or GS2.

I thought it was doing pretty good. Does seem slow to get brighter sometimes. But, as far as amoled, its come a long ways. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2

The one looks a lot like what ATT or T-mobile just installed one on my towers. Weird, I thought all Ericsson would use the same. There's like 4 different antennas up there and all the NV should have 6 ports right?

Tell me about it. I can without a second thought tell you that there is a 60% chance my Internet will be down at around 2am till 6am. Happens 2 to 3 time a weeks it seems. Then through the day Ill get random losses. (this is all do to them and not me or equipment) Charter Cable. My only other service it Uverse. They are not even worth a thought and hope to see them fail at business one day. I wish I had Verizon. Now that's a service worth paying for. Unless we're talking Cellphones, then I'm a Sprint boy for now. Had Comcast in Denver and totally understand. They also monitor everything you do on the internet and will report asap if your caught doing something bad.

The maps are way off on the S3 unless you force the Lte on in the ##DATA# Menu, Then the maps are correct to a point. Along the egdes of the orange I still have a connection but nothing works... Where I live, and I'll show the map below. I am clearly in the Lte area, but I can only get it if I force the Lte on. I use a GS3. - Map is from Sprints Coverage Site, updated 10-4-12 - Red Circle is where I live (Roanoke, TX) 815 has Lte but its not on yet. 103 isn't upgraded yet, and 317 Is where I'm picking up my signal from (3.76 Miles from my driveway to the tower itself). I do not get Lte under normal settings on 96% of that map shown. Wants again the GS3. Now when I force Lte only, the map is true to its word 99.6% of the time. The top left corner connects to 320 at the yellow line. Also, when I say it connects in this map showen above, it really is just usable and might as well switch to 3G. (1 to 5Mbps). We get on average about 1 to 2.5Mbps on 3G in this area. - From my house, on the street. Connected to 317 - (##DEBUG#) - This is walking into my garage, just before it drops. And this is how it is anywhere I go and compare the map. In the real world... My S3 connects when ever it feels like it. Sometimes my wife will get it and I won't unless I power cycle. Same with hers. I have 5 S3s in my circle and the same holds true for all of them. HTC isn't any better.
