Ok u will either have to call customer service and they will give it to u. Or if u go on sprints website and start a chat with a representative they will give it to u too. Well i sure hope u dont live in my house that would be scary. Also i do not think youtube videos are abusive considering i watch about 40gb worth each month. And also thank you for describing a better way to communicate on this forum. After re-reading my post ill admit it sounded rude. I didnt intend to sound as rude as i did. Perfect im using the exact same phone. Let me run through this for u. 1. Go to dialer and type ##3282# 2.press edit 3.type 339628 (assuming are code is the same which it should) 4. Find lte section 5.find band 41 enabled 6.unselect 41 7.restart phone 8. Enjoy not having band 41 You might be put on band 25 because theres no way to turn that off. Yes that part is pretty obvious. Those people who used 5gb on the unlimeted plan will be throttled on hotspot too. The problem is the people who go against the terms and conditions in order to get extra tethering that they didn't pay for after they started getting throttled. Sent from my SM-G925P using Tapatalk

Im 100 percent sure that when i was looking into tmobiles plans a couple monthd back the unlimeted 4glte said "comes with 5gb of tethering" . sounds like a usage limit to me. I never remember them advertising truly unlimited tethering Sent from my SM-G925P using Tapatalk

I should restate that. Its definitely against the terms and conditions they agreed to when they signed up. Also they are using a backdoor/hack to have unlimited tethering which im not for sure is illegal so sorry for saying its illegal when im not sure. And also in my house not giving the whole story is dishonesty so by u only saying hes going after data abusers without specifying makes it sound like ur saying tmobile cant handle a youtube vidoe being streamed Sent from my SM-G925P using Tapatalk

In his defense he specifically stated that hes only going after the people who are illegally tethering. He said there are around 3000 people that are using around 2 TB of data a month on hotspot. 2 TB is a lot for anyone and also very illegal so of course he wants them off the network. No network wants that. Im not a tmobile follower in any sense but if ur gonna blast john legere like that at least be honest about what he said Sent from my SM-G925P using Tapatalk

It shows bars very different now. I believe it may factor in signal quality now to if that's possible. For example in the picture i have a -113 dbm signal yet half of my bars are lit up. Thats because this a fast band 41 with CA. In other places though i will have around an -85 dbm signal and it will show low bars or half of the bars. There is a certain tower i drove by today that i know is very congested (band 25 with speeds of around 1 to 3 mbps with a -85 dbm signal) and when i drove by with the -85 dbm signal my bars were at the second to lowest level. On average though i will have full bars until about -98 dbm then it starts falling. There are some places where signal is good but bars are low and vice versa. Also they now have a no bars option. It used to be that u always had at least one bar. Now ive noticed that sometimes when my band 26 is at around -116 dbm or worse it will show no bars. Sent from my SM-G925P using Tapatalk

Definitely seeing expansion. It first started out only as u enter the city and in the actual city. The sign that it's moving to the suburb I'm living in that didn't have it a couple days ago is a good sign. Well its good news that your dropping from 25 to 3g instead of 26 to 3g. All sprint needs to do is hurry there butt up and put 26 on the towers. And your very correct about 25 being fragile. I was at the park today with a -110 dbm signal, looked away from my phone for a second and when i looked back at my phone it was at -115 dbm and dropped to 3g Sent from my SM-G925P using Tapatalk

In the parts of the city i was in, i noticed one good band 25 tower that had faster speeds then the verizon phone i tested. For some reason my phone hated band 26 here. Everytime i had low 25 signal it always dropped to 3g. Usually my s6 loves 26 back where i live in atlanta but here not so much. Other than that, those 3g towers are a real pain. when you say you theres gaps that you drop to 3g. do u drop from band 25 or from 26. if its 25 that is dropping than all spint needs to do is deploy 26 and there shouldn't be any drops. I understand sprint wants to release spark to get speeds boosted in major makets but they need to at least finish up deploying lte on rural sites too. Ithaca has 20,000 people all primarily on at&t or Verizon. that's just another market sprint is missing out on when they could easily fix there coverage by not having any 3g only towers or band 25 only towers
