I have been having some weird tower behavior around my home today. My phone is switching from LTE to 1x to evdo rev A randomly is this a good indicator that something is being upgraded or an issue i should report. I live near the Quicktrip on the corner of Hwy N and Summers Rd.

Where were you sitting? It's possible you were catching a different sector depending on the site placement.
I was sitting in the 3rd base lodge. I had a strong signal every time i looked and even inside ballpark village.

Well Sprint still has work to do at Busch. Band 41 from Clearwire is unusable.
LTE 800 (upload would not complete)
3G
Forcing 3G is the only way to get decent usable data.
Does anyone know what's going on with the clear site? Last game I went to I was getting mid 30s and up all game!
-
Anybody been to Busch for a game recently? I'm headed there for tomorrow night's game and am wondering if Sprint is still struggling there.
Been wondering the same thing! Hope things are improving, I would be interested in knowing how your experience of the network is at Busch tomorrow!

I fell in love with my N5 all over again after getting 5.1.1 and putting in a new battery especially. The original battery was giving me only 2 hrs SOT after 18 months. With the new one in place, it's about 5 hrs SOT.

Where did you get a replacement battery?

With the new update to SCP showing second B25 carriers now Im curious how close St Louis area is to getting a second carrier deployed? Another carrier could really help since I haven't noticed any new B41 carriers coming online in areas i frequent. Anyone have any knowledge about this that can share?
-
B25 2??? First time I have seen that
Signal check recently got an update to show B25 second carrier id's.

Anyone been to a cardinals game lately? Hows the network holding up during games?
-
Well I hope things get moving the 3g performance on that strip is usually horrible.
The first site you ask about has been LTE accepted for quite some time. The second one, we have confirmed an LTE signal from this site, but there appears to have been an issue as it has not yet been LTE accepted.
Edit: Taking a closer look, our data may be bad. That site WAS LTE accepted, but it appears it is not anymore. Will dig into this later tonight.

Why is it taking so long for them to get the towers along hwy 61 near Eolia and the one at hwy 61 and hwy E broadcasting LTE?
-
Its definitely happening very frequently in places that I have had no trouble in the past. I hope it gets fixed soon..Are you seeing these drops occur when you have great signal? There is currently an issue in Samsung markets related to a software update pushed to the cell sites recently. I spent a week in communication with the Director of Customer Management at Sprint diagnosing this issue. It was resolved for me, but others in Columbus, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis are still experiencing these issues. St. Louis is Ericsson, but it could be related to a recent software update too.

For about months now from wentzville to saint peters ive be getting knocked down to 3g all the time. It stays on 3g till i cycle airplane mode then it will pick up LTE again. Just to shortly after drop back to 3g. Anyone else notice this. Any ideas why.
I travel through that area too and I have also noticed my phone drops down to 3g more often than in the past...

There is a good b25 and b26 signal inside the stadiums but their both basically unusable if either place is 1/3 full. If they had just one b41 carrier up and running in these places it would changes things. Until then I can't really expect to be able to use my phone in these places. Its just kinda sad when someone on T-Mobile next to me can use there phone and mine is on airplane mode because nothing works including texts.I've been in the lower level of the dome and had LTE before. Granted there was no game going on I usable service.
-
I've been to the scottrade center and the dome in the past few months and had no usable data. No b41 in either the past time I was there. Any indication that may change soon?
-
No Service -> 1x -> 3G -> B26. I've been sending Twitter DMs with @SprintCare and the mobile tower never made it out; further, the tower that serves the stadium was not yet repaired, as was forecast last week.
I try to be positive with Sprint progress. NV has been awesome in a lot of areas... But the stadium/downtown has been a hot mess for as long as I've been a Sprint subscriber with a smartphone.
Thats a shame... Hope things get moving soon.

It sucked the big one.
This is pretty embarrassing, honestly. A major carrier should be able to offer a base level of service at a large event. People around me with VZW and AT&T had no problems sending texts, browsing, email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
I just lost 59% of a full battery looking for a signal. I'm pretty disappointed.
Did you happen to check what band you were on?
-
Eventually sounds like a long ways off.

Does St. Louis have a second B25 carrier deployed like Chicago does?
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
No. No one has found it yet if it does exist.
Is it possible for sprint do deploy another B25 carrier in St Louis?
-
At my home my LTE speeds are the lowest ever and 3g is cruising. Things have been congested here a while but this is ridiculous!
-
Okay thanks! Sorry for asking so many questions I'm just exited to see places I frequent are expanding in coverage.
-
Are these sites part of Project Ocean?
-
Would you expect these USCC towers are broadcasting LTE already?
-
That's what I assumed I also see a site in elsberry that looks new since currently coverage maps show little to no service their either.
-
On sprints site for network enhancement it shows a site with 2 data speed upgrades in both hawk point and silex. I found it weird because on their coverage maps it show spotty coverage there.

Is the site in New Melle finally broadcasting LTE?
