  1. Word from sprint technical support (on one of the tickets) is "LTE is active on tower, however only in TEST MODE for next week or two as they finalize some settings, at which point we will be able to connect to it" I say is false-advertising LTE there until it is active for people to connect to, next thing i hear is a "CLICK" LOL
  2. BSR menu shows up in the ##data# area after it records some L T E. It has L T E available file just like the e v o Lte Sent from my SSGS3 using Forum Runner
  3. just got done mapping a bunch of L T E on I 135 through salina using sensorly Sent from my Evo LTE or SSGS3 using Forum Runner
  4. bars Lie on signal strength, only was showing 1x strength, so chances are, you connected to a tower farther away then you thought
  5. Its also the best seller for sprint (where i work in wireless)
  6. This was/STILL is an issue in Chicago, going from NV sites to legacy sites
  7. no issues here right now, but earlier Rickie was getting multiple texts from me that i only sent once LOL
  8. Look at the "close up pictures of panels and RRUs" thread, and if you see similar stuff on a tower near you, it may be upgraded already . Or the EASY way is to become a sponsor and look at the completed sites map http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/1195-information-about-s4gru-sponsorship-levels-and-how-to-become-a-sponsor/
  9. EVDO and eHrpd use the SAME backhaul, so speeds should be about the same
  10. once you have cdma 800 and lte 800, you should be ok. (long day, hope i got that right lol)
  11. http://s4gru.com/ind...e-lte-upgrades/ (only works for sponsors) your clear
  12. They didnt care, they were too busy doing other things, all they said "look, but dont touch"
  13. could be you are on the very far edge of the tower that is active. Check your signal strength (not bars). Lte is great where you have a good signal. Until the rollout is complete, there will be areas where it may show u have lte, but the tower is too far away to be any good for you, just wait until the tower that is closest to you becomes active with lte
  14. for those in Lenexa, good news for you. This crew is going there NEXT!
  15. few pics i took (west and south sector done) (clickable slideshow)
