  1. Hi everyone,I've been debating tossing away a few scholarships to go after a degree in computer science. I was wondering if anyone who has this degree (or equivalent) would be willing to share the type of job they actually hold/what they do with it. The information about the programs offered at various colleges basically boil it down to IT/programming/other options. Yet I can't find the other options described anywhere :/. Just about any info you can give would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
  2. I'd settle for a 15-30mb connection with a ping below 100 with widespread coverage and getting to keep unlimited data. I could care less if it gets faster than that considering a 15mb connection meets the needs of most people for their home use, and unless you plan on abusing your data plan it should be able to handle anything we do on our mobile devices easily.
  3. I wasnt referring to b41, I meant b25 (I should've clarified). Technically I don't live in Union, I just have a union address. I live right off of 44 (less than 1/4th of a mile away) inbetween the highway 50 exit and the next down headed towards st clair. I can't even pull b25 LTE anywhere along 44 until I get into st clair or hit pacific, even in mapped areas on sensorly. .I do get coverage inside all the towns out here including 17 Mbs down in Washington and 32mb down in pacific.
  4. I just flashed the .15 baseband over .23(was deciding between .15 and .17 but the xda thread pointed to .15 being a bit better) and I still don't have LTE down this stretch of i44 but I did see a 8-10dbm increase in signal strength for 1x and evdo/eHRPD.
  5. For the past week and a half or so my Nexus 5 has been searching for service yet in the engineering screen shows what appears to be a usable signal strength of band 25 LTE signal (105dbm~115dbm). It has yet to connect or let me use it though. This is periodic and seems to occur more during the 6pm-6am time frame. Am I correct assuming this is due to a tower needing an upgrade in my area (there are spots mapped along i44 close to my house in sensorely that show LTE strength, even spots of dark purple, where I cannot receive LTE. I have one time but I had to force LTE only and it disappeared after a minute or two ). I do recieve LTE as soon as I'm out of this stretch however which is why I came to this conclusion. Sorry for the long post...I've been a lurker for awhile now and you guys seemed the appropriate people to ask. I'm not asking for any sponsor info or anything I just wanted personal opinions .
