T-Mobile has done it. Albeit with only EDGE/2G service. No Push Notifications on iPhone is the only down-side. -

No Boost Mobile, no Virgin Mobile. Although Sprint has their own Sprint pay-as-you go for $70 dollars... There is another gem MVNO called "EcoMobile" they're at $60 dollars or month and they allow all devices except iPhones and the HTC EVO 4G LTE... (For now, at least.) -
That's a bummer, it probably means too few users use Sprint Nav. now that Google Maps is the de facto maps app for smartphones... I loved using it on my Sprint Palm Prē, the voice lady was pleasant.

Oh my... I am sincerely sorry. I will make sure to reevaluate my attitude, and conduct within these yellow walls... I'm just, exceedingly excited over this newfound haven for Sprint-ers that are insightful, welcoming, and intensly cooperative. I'll write you an apologetic letter if you like, and i'll even write you out an essay comparing and contrasting telecom subscribers communities... I know a little bit about that. Verizonites are pompous, arrogant, and just plain aristocratically privileged. T-Mobile'ers are scrappy, over confident, and... please hold for part two, I'm about to enter hospital.

Snapdragon S4-onward, for those less inclined to understand techno-literacy... But can anyone CONFIRM WITHOUT A DOUBT that 1xAdv. is being used on 1900Mhz??! I mean, I want HD Voice, even if it is Sprint-to-Sprint only...

Will 1900 be reframed for LTE only? Or is 1x Advanced not worth it at such a high frequency?

CDMA is leaps and bounds better then GSM... And LTE was built upon GSM... And WiMAX is a little something different. What did Qualcomm have as their 4G initiative? Was it better then LTE/WiMAX? Was Qualcomm involved in either LTE/WiMAX development? Any CDMA goodness within either?

There is no more 800Mhz SMR... That's it. They have all that is available. 600Mhz is necessary. All they have to do is just drop EDGE/2G support and they'll have more room on smartphones.

@Ian If I were to start an MVNO, i think it'd be worth it. Joint-venture anyone? I'm good with ideas, and execution. I also have supreme writing skills...

So, EON Wireless is a domestic roaming partner, which is good. All they need to do is work out a wholesale agreement with Sprint, and get enough leverage to add their 900MHz band to mobile devices. A phone with 1900/800/900/2500/3600. That's gonna' be a nice set up!
